Directement au coeur de la belle et tranquille ville de North Myrtle Beach. Chatteau par la mer est situé directement sur la plage et est à distance de marche de la rue principale où vous trouverez plusieurs restaurants, boutiques et discothèques abondante. Profitez des concerts de musique gratuits tous les jeudis soirs en été au Horseshoe on Main ou prendre des leçons de danse au Beach Club de Harold, la maison de Shag Dancing. Visitez le Pavillon du DO mondialement célèbre, la dernière plage de la musique en plein air et shag pavillon, directement sur la plage. Il y a tellement de choses à faire à proximité de la station et de nombreuses autres attractions dans un court trajet en voiture.

Ce condo est un deux en bord de mer chambre directe qui va dormir jusqu'à 6, avec la reine dans le maître, 2 lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre et un canapé-lit dans le salon. La cuisine complète est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous auriez besoin pour cuisiner un repas les jours où vous voulez juste pour se détendre à la plage. Il y a une laveuse / sécheuse dans le condo pour votre commodité. Détendez-vous sur le balcon en bord de mer aux sons de la mer et prendre dans les vues à couper le souffle de nos magnifiques levers de la côte Est. Tôt le matin, regarder pour le jeu des dauphins dans les vagues pendant que vous profitez de votre tasse de café le matin. Passez la journée de détente sur notre belle plage ou à traîner à la piscine sur place. Dans la soirée, vous pouvez sortir et profiter de tout ce que la région a à offrir, du golf miniature, aller karting, sortie shopping pour profiter d'un merveilleux dîner de l'un quelconque des zones de restaurants abondantes. Votre seul problème sera de ne pas avoir assez de temps pour faire tout ce que vous voulez faire pendant votre séjour.

Okay place to stay
The condo was clean but the carpets could use and update. The condo had a musty smell to it. But a purchase of some plug ins did the trick. We never did find the parking pass we were supposed to have. We are still waiting for our security deposit to be returned and it’s been a week since our stay Unfortunately we won’t be back

No elevator really is a bummer
Disappointed that we had to make up our own beds upon arrival. There was no dishwasher pod in the linen bag as stated. The balcony railing was loose and could really stand to be replaced. The coffee maker only made warm coffee. Overall the unit could use some renovating.

Not pleased with stay
Master bedroom stayed humid due to openings in BR door seal. We couldn’t check in on time due to housekeeping, even though they had from 10am to 4pm to clean. First time ever having to make beds. They could have at minimum made the beds due to their failure with check-in time. You could still feel dirt on floors throughout the place especially in the master bathroom. There was still food in cabinets above the stove when we checked in, we left in cabinet.

Quiet and Quaint
We had 5 people. 2 kids and 3 adults. The master bedroom is very spacious and plenty of room for a couple but the second bedroom is only 2 full size beds. Enough for 1 person each. Then a pull out couch. The pictures are much nicer looking than the actual place. It needs some updated but it did well for our 4 days there. There is no elevators. 3 flights of stairs up and down. There’s no fans in any rooms, but the AC is adjustable and we kept cool. The door to the balcony from the master is very hard to open. It was rather cramped for 5 people. The location is great. There isn’t a ton of people where we were so plenty of space on the beach and a very short walk out to the beach which was fantastic! The pool isn’t anything spectacular but the kids enjoyed it just swimming around. Parking was never an issue and super close to the condo and near all the fun stuff. If you’re needing somewhere to stay that is budget friendly then this would be it! If you want more luxury then this is not it. Not a bad stay at all! Quiet and quaint!

Great views and location however main bed is awful for you back. My husband had to see the chiropractor twice when we were there. Ended up moving to the twin beds after the second night. Doesn’t make for a romantic trip.

Caution Do Not Rent this Unit or from Ocean Breeze Vacations
The reason I chose this unit was simply for the price. I have stayed at Chateau by the sea before and the location is great. The previous condo was also in great condition. This condo not so much. Please read all other reviews as the condo was dirty, the carpet is completely stained, beds are uncomfortable and, doors are rusted as noted in all other reviews. I knew all of this from reading reviews on VRBO but the price was better and I wanted the location on the beach. If you rent this condo, do a video walk through of the entire place and inspect every detail as they are now trying to claim I damaged the couch cushion which I know for a fact we did not. We covered the couch with a blanket as the couch was disgusting to sit on. They charge you a refundable deposit and a damage waiver fee for accidental and non-intentional damages but I am still charged an additional arbitrary and exorbitant fee for a cushion. I never reached out upon arriving or leaving as I never saw the damage being reported. I received an email stating I was getting my deposit back and then another email that I am to be charged for damages that were not reported. The damage shown was on the backside of the cushion as I would of seen and reported a hole in the front had I seen it. A reasonable renter should not have to inspect all sides of a couch cushion and worry about being charged an excessive fee after leaving. Google Ocean Breeze and see all the poor reviews from their rentals.

Long term rental.
The view is awesome. The place is big enough for a family of 4 to enjoy their time there. Full kitchen, dishwasher and washer/dryer I tried to extend my time there but it was rented out. The initial cleaning could have been a little better. Found a big grasshopper in the slider track. The master bedroom should be updated and the carpet replaced. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay there. Separate note, the unit is on the third floor and stairs are the only access. Overall. I wanted to stay there until my home was finished. Close to everything you’d need for a short or long term visit. The area is pretty quiet so a good night sleep is possible. Windows open you can hear the waves crashing. I would recommend.

When we arrived at the property , the wrong code to unlock the door had been sent, it took us a few minutes to get someone on the phone for the correct code, Overall the property was fine, the bottom screw was missing on the door handle for the sliding door , might want someone to check it our, we were careful when opening the door. other than that everything was Ok ,

Good Place to Stay
It was like it was described. It was on the third floor with two bedrooms and a great layout. It had a great ocean view from the living area and master bedroom. Loved seeing the dolphins in the water when we were on the beach. Nowhere in the description did it mention that you had to climb four flights of stairs with luggage because there was no elevator. Would like to see the carpet ripped up and place the wooden floor to the bedrooms too.

Beach trip
Very nice rental, the only bad thing was no elevator. Lugging heavy suitcases and grocery bags plus countless trips to and from the beach was very difficult since i stayed on the 3rd floor. No elevator would be my reason for not coming back. Other than that, we had an awesome time! -Dawn

A week of relaxation
While the property was perfectly located, the trek up and down the three flights of stairs multiple times a day is a consideration for next visit. The condo itself was clean, however, the plates and dishes in the cupboards were all very dirty, and the area under the microwave heating plate had mold spots a grime. The beds were very comfortable, but the pillows were flat and need replacing as they had brown rings all over them. The view from the balcony was excellent. The balcony does need some repair work, though, as the banister was detaching from either side of the wall and the balcony sagging in the middle. There was some water damage in the ceiling in the bedroom. The bathroom showers were aged and very stained and dirty, but useable. Other than that stay was relaxing.

Great location, great view, well equipped and furnished. Nice new kitchen. Pool was nicer than expected. I would love to give it five stars however I do feel that it could have been cleaner and it would have been nice to have better instructions for how the key code lock worked because we found that it wasn't always locked when we thought it was locked.

Perfect
Our overall stay at this location was perfect! It was centralized to everything we needed. We always look for spots right on the beach and with patio over seeing the ocean. Interior was clean and had the kitchen essentials. Sink disposal wasn’t working but the tech was out there that same day and repaired the next so they do respond rather quick. Parking was different for us. There’s parking spots under the building itself so it for sure keeps vehicles cool I’m the blazing sun. The linens and towels were there ready wrapped up and sanitized which left us with a peace of mind that we had clean sheets. No elevators so be ready to carry your luggage to the 3rd floor. There are two things that got me though, AC filter needs replacing and the master restroom sink is not meant for anyone over 5’11” (my height). It’s rests below my waist line. Overall it was perfect for our little family Thanks!
