An amazing experience
Our group of ladies were very impressed with the property. The location was ideal, property was very clean and accommodations outstanding. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was stocked with all utensils and cookware that we needed. Jay the host was great and prompt to provide any information that we ask. We highly recommend this wonderful property.

2024 Men’s golf trip
We stayed at Seas the Day a year ago for our men’s golf trip. The Host Jay is wonderful to communicate with. Jay provides all the pertinent details before the trip this year again as he did last year! We liked the place so much we stayed again! The home is very clean, has all the extra amenities so you don’t have to bring a bunch of extra stuff. Front multiple fridges, regular coffee pot or.an Keurig. Plenty of trash bags, dishes, utensils, towels and linens for all. Has bicycles, and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating on the multi level balconies with ocean views. Just really enjoy this unit! All the TVs worked great, the pool table and air hockey table were a hit again! We love the location as it’s close to everything in North Myrtle, Myrtle and surrounding areas. Love having enough bedrooms for all 8 guys and plenty of bathrooms and space for us all to spread out! Will be looking to book this same unit again for next year! Thanks Jay and company!!!

Great house!
Our recent stay at Seas the Day was great! We went for a softball tournament and spent a few extra days laying on the beach. We loved the fact they had chairs, towels and boogie boards as it gave us more room for softball gear. The house layout was perfect and Jay was amazing answering all of my questions in a timely manner.

Great trip
Place was amazing and great location. Super close to multiple golf course and right on the beach. Great space for large groups and an awesome game room. TVs in every room is always a plus as well. Some of us got down there before check in and the host was generous enough to let us in early! Super appreciative of that. Host was very responsive to questions I had and made sure my stay was going well. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location. We found to property to be clean and equipped with all necessities and many extras. The host was more than cooperative and prompt with responses. The only negative feedback I have to share, and received from family members, is the mattresses need updating. They are quite uncomfortable. Everything else was wonderful. Highly recommend

Best family vacation spot in Myrtle Beach!
I have vacationed in MB for 20 years and this is by far the best place for large groups/families. Great location and the house was very clean with SO MANY extras. The home came with bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards - all high quality (Tommy Bahama). The game room is great and even the pool sticks were straight! First time ever in a vacation rental! Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms included shampoo/conditioner. It was a mix of a vacation home and a 5 start hotel. I highly recommend this place! - Michelle (highly satisfied customer)

Wonderful Week At North Myrtle Beach!
Loved the house! It was perfect for our family of 17! The location was great! Would recommend this rental highly! Clean, nice furniture and beds, close proximity to beach, also enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas! Just a great place for a large family or group!

Perfect!
The rental fit all us with a great arrangement of sleeping rooms upstairs and big open downstairs room for gathering and hanging. Loved all the balconies, everything needed for cooking, and items prestocked for us to get us going. The location was quiet and next to the beach. The owner was thorough in giving us the details of the rental and even what was in the surrounding areas for things to do, etc. and quick to answer any questions in the process. Loved it!

Amazing Experience!
We held a church high school retreat at this property, and it exceeded our expectations in all areas! There was more than enough room for not only all of our adult chaperones, but also the high school students. The temperature and water pressure was great even with so many taking a shower. LOVED the three refrigerators which came in handy! The balconies were a great place to read, socialize or even eat a meal. We were also only steps away from the beach, and we made it a point on check out day to get up early enough to watch the sunrise, and it did not disappoint! Simply stunning! Lastly, it was a GREAT location near lots of attractions and restaurants. We even rode the bikes one afternoon and enjoyed the ocean breezes every evening! I cannot say enough great things about Jay our host who was extremely thorough and professional as he clearly communicated all instructions to us before and during our stay. Highly recommend this property for your next stay on North Myrtle Beach!

Great for family gatherings
We enjoyed our stay at Seas. We had a multigenerational gathering of grandparents, adults and grandchildren. The kids stayed in the game room from early morning until late at night unless we were at the beach or the pool. There’s plenty of well maintained beach gear and kitchen and dining space for everyone to break bread together.

Perfect family vacation
This was the location we chose for our family vacation this year with our kids and grandkids The house was perfect, the right size for our family! amenities were perfect, the only thing we were disappointed in was we planned on grilling for Mother’s Day, and that is not an option the grills are very dirty,rusty, full of water. We had already purchased the food for grilling prior to arriving. That was a bummer. But seriously the location, the beach chairs, the house was perfect for what we wanted

Golf Reunion with Long Time Friends February 2024
The 8-bedroom home was wonderful for all of us. The outstanding feature for this group of friends was the game room. We spent multiple hours in it. Host provided great communication. Property was very clean and provided all that we needed. We highly recommend to large groups of friends or family. Location was great - multiple restaurants, golf, grocery stores and activities nearby. My group of long-term friends gathers annually, and the consensus is that this was the best trip yet! We will most likely be back.

Great Location Well Stocked
The location is awesome, right at the beach. In the summer the pool would be great (obviously this time of year pool not an option-- but hot tub was!). The unit is well laid out with 4 bedrooms on each of the floors. The kitchen, family room, and game room allow you lots of areas to hang out with your group. They have thought of most everything for the unit from starter supplies, kitchen items, to linens, pool towels, and bikes. You can have your groceries delivered they day of your arrival and they will make sure they are unpacked before you get there. The property manager was very quick to respond to any request or question. Great Property!

The best hospitality!
10/10! We traveled to NMB as a large group of friends and family, mostly adults. We sought after this house as it is very accommodating for adults The kids too). The rooms are large and with Queen or King sized beds. No bunk room or twin beds! The 3 full sized refrigerators were all used and appreciated. The first floor common area was great for our group of 20. The bedrooms were all located on the 2nd or 3rd floor away from the noise of those who styed up late for woke up early. The keyless access to the home is fantastic for a large group or the quick runs up the house from the sand. What really separates this house (as nice as it is ) from the rest is the hospitality. Jay, the home owner was thorough and detailed with all pre check in and checkout information. Stacey was InTouch for any needs during our stay. We took advantage of the delivery and stocking of our groceries before we arrived. Stacey also offered many concierge services, I would highly recommend for those not as familiar with the NMB area. We will return.

2023 men’s golf trip
Property was very clean, had some updates, loved that there is all solid surface flooring throughout, had so many little extras already in place like laundry detergent, dish detergent call kitchen utensils and both styles of coffee makers, traditionally and the Keurig design, sheets were already on beds, towels folded neatly ready for use and more!!! We had 8 middle aged grown men and everyone loved having their own room, bathrooms were clean. The property parking was great! Pool and hot tub were a nice size and functioning. Beach is right there, loved the ocean views from the multiple balconies that wrap around each level. Jay and Stacey were in constant communication with us well before, just before, during and after our stay! Between family vacations over decades and other golf trips, this place was one of the best places we’ve stayed! Will definitely look this place up at our next trip!

Great weekend get away
Great location. Nice pool and beach access rite by the pool. Place set up great for family and friends. Game room with pool table air hockey and shuffle board was awesome for entertainment for kids. Will definitely return to this property sometime.
