I had a hot tub room and the water was freezing. The hot tub looks scary and I didn’t even use the hot tub because the water was freezing and it looks scary.

Pictures are a bit misleading. The room was clean but very outdated. In my opinion, overpriced for what was received. The day I checked out, I woke up to a cold room and no lights or power. The whole place was out, so unable to charge electronics before leaving or eat breakfast. Supposedly a transformer down the street had blown and the whole street was out. I did not find anything about it in the news. I feel as if some of the stay should have been refunded, or compensated with a breakfast voucher for a local place since the free breakfast a selling point. But it was not. Would probably not come again.

I love the shuttle service to the casino at this property. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. I stayed at a suite with the jetted tub which I enjoyed. The TV channels were limited no streaming options. The room didn’t have a microwave so we had to leave and walk through buildings to get to the kitchenette area to use their microwave. Any other day it’s fine but this weekend was freezing so walking in/out of the buildings wasn’t the best. I think it’s quite over-priced for the room amenities. I would stay again at a lower price but this weekend was just a last minute change in plans so I had to take anything available.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Hilltop. However we ended up in a king room on the back side of the property (room 110). The room is large but strangely decorated ( large empty space). The bed is awful it makes a ton of noise and the mattress is crap!!! When I went to shower this morning there was no hot water. The tub is also gross because it’s cracked and looks dirty. I’m sad this was our experience because it’s always clean and nice!

Got a suite horrible light didn’t work it was dirty and room stink and missing draw handles shower to along time to get hot water it was a horrible experience
