The property was close to Jay Peak, which was ideal for our trip. It's less than 5 minutes to the mountain. The check in was easy - no complaints there. I would recommend this property if you are looking for a crash pad for a short stay. You won't want to hang out here for any extended time. The living room is really small and there's no place to eat other than a few small tables that fit 1-2 people and are spread out in a few spots. No place big enough for a group of people (even 4) to sit around the table together and eat and hang out. There's also no dishwasher, so if you're planning on cooking/eating here - plan to be doing dishes. Finally, I thought it could have been cleaner on arrival - e.g., there were some dead bugs lying around, some of the utensils in the drawer looked like they had been poorly handwashed (see prior sentence...), and the oven needs a good cleaning. My family is pretty low maintenance and we're only looking for a crash pad for a ski trip, so we rolled with it, but others might be a little more turned off.
