An excellent property in Nosara...
First, I did not realize how big this property was. It was recommended by friends who have stayed there and go often. Plenty big for a large family or two smaller families ideally to share the space and cost. The best parts, location, open space, small pool, and midday shade around the pool. The property sits less than a block from one of the main beach accesses - excellent for checking surf conditions, heading down with gear, or hitting the must see sunset. Otherwise you are walking distance to at least 6 restaurants or cafes and a short golf cart ride to all Nosara has to offer. The kitchen and living room areas are in a separate building from the three bedrooms with the pool in between. (This is why small children are not recommended, easy access to the pool.) The pool is small but great for cooling off in the heat of the day along with the natural shade provided by trees around the pool area. Next time, I would try to do more cooking in the nice kitchen and grill there on the property. Kitchen is well stocked, I enjoy cooking, and while we found some good restaurants, Nosara is not what I would consider a foodie's paradise. Still, a great week in a great place in a wonderful beach town with excellent surf.
