Disappointed, tiny room, poor show

The room was the smallest Hotel room Ive been to and was just big enough to fit a double bed, so disappointing. Some of the fixtures and fittings were a little tired. The toilet had not thoroughly cleaned. I never give negative feedback but this was poor im afraid exoected better from a Mecure Hotel

the property is very tired looking inside. There is a nightclub or disco bar beside and under the property and the music throbs throughout the hotel until after 2am on both friday and saturday evenings making sleep very difficult.

Top notch hotel

This is our favourite hotel stayed here over 10 times now. We actually got engaged in this hotel on 21st December. Friendly staff good bar downstairs. See you on 5th may this year.

Hotel had a great location but when booking it states on site parking but this was not correct and you cannot drive a car near the hotel at the time I arrived (6pm). The service was good but the breakfast was not of good quality

Perfect stay

Perfect stay, from check in all through stay. Staff were pleasant, room was beautiful. Very clean and everything you need, lots of sockets, hairdryer, tea and coffee and toiletries. Central for arena and restaurants

Nice enough hotel, its due a make-over and it does need a fresh look & a lighter atmosphere (lots of dark paint/wall coverings) Only complaint was that the hotel lounge was closed for an event & we weren't advised. This event started early afternoon so wasn't strictly a NY Eve bash

Good hotel, great location.

Room was nice, we got an upgrade to a King Room. Nice and clean, we had issues in the middle of the night with an argument in the next room, banging, shouting and screaming - the police had to be called (not the hotels fault, it was NYE) but it left a bit of a sour taste to the stay.

Very good hotel. Convenient location for our night out. Check in was quick & easy. Double room was quite small, dated with worn carpet but was very clean and heating/aircon was great and easy to use. Shower was a bit cramp and I’m on 5ft 5. Could hear everything going on in room opposite. Was provided ear bud which were handy. Slept well, there is however a Town Hall nearby that dings every hour
