Staff pleasant and helpful. Location good for buses and trams (v. good services on both). Reasonable sofa. Basic repairs needed: towel rail falling off, lump out of bathroom door. Shower gel fixed to wall out of reach - had to squirt onto plate and put on shelf while I did knobs. Nothing to stop water going all over floor when using shower. Kitchen equipment better than most, but bread knife and/or kitchen knife would be more use than soup ladle and potato masher! Cleaner needs new mop - had to use washing up sponge to mop up some spilt milk, and it came up grey.

Customer service fantastic very friendly. Kitchen well equipped which was great made alot of use of. Only negatives would be shower was not as powerful as I would have liked and could have done with a small table & chairs to accompany the kitchen.
