Everything was excellent: extreme attention to details, however we found the pool floor in the bar area (the only one we have been using) extremely slippery and dangerous (something has not been carefully done while renovating). Shows were quite insignificant, but at the end the service, the quality of the food and the attention of the staff will make us considering return. Absolutely.

I thought the service was excellent. All staff were friendly and efficient. The facilities were clean - pool area kept very clean, rooms were clean. Really loved the restaurants. We never ate at the same one twice for dinner. My favourite was Guacamole - the Mexican restaurant. The nightly entertainment - some of it was good and some was really lacking. My favourite was the circus show and the crazy show put on by the staff. Things I thought could be better: some cocktails were awful, bartenders need a bit more training. The lack of public washrooms - there were only two on the property and there was nothing near the pool. I really hated wearing a wristband. It's the first time I've been to a resort where I had to do so. And also the Elite services made it feel like we were a lower rung at a five star resort. I feel I paid enough for the services and didn't want to pay more, but really felt like a second class sometimes. I have seen this at other resorts, but it wasn't as "in your face" as this one. The staff did an absolute awesome job of the Christmas Eve dinner. I thought I was at Hogwarts or something. Quite a spread and beautiful presentation. And it was quite festive throughout the time we were there. All in all I would recommend the resort to others - it was a great experience.
