We were located on the 4th floor. The room cleanliness was okay just the room was outdated. The bathroom was very outdated and small. The bed were comfortable that was a plus. The floors were sticky as soon as we walked in. But overall not bad but probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The weather was fabulous. Beach access was great! Kids LOVED the ice skating rink. My husband was happy with my booking the Carousel. We all enjoyed the property. If you are a pool person, the height of the hotel shadows the pool a bit.

This hotel was disgusting. The room was dirty, there was a child's sock in our bed that didn't belong to us. The carpet was sticky, the tub was rusted, the fixtures were not clean- caked with sand. The curtains were torn up so even which closed light would shine through the holes. The outdoor restaurant had stagnant water which smelled so bad, we were there for four days and saw them attempting to clean up the water once. Entering the hotel you were greeted with a leaking ceiling. This hotel is NOT being maintained. It's ocean front and could be really nice if they would clean the place and fix it up, they are letting the place crumble. I would not recommend staying here if you're looking for something clean. They should be able to take better care of this hotel for the amount they charge.

I love to ocean front rooms are so close to beach, but they need alot of work. Reported ro front desk 1st night needed screen door teplaced for balcony as my child could not open it and got stuck on baloncu a few times
