Maintenance Issues
The condo needs to address some maintenance issues. Left front stove burner does not work. Dried sprigs stuffed around kitchen sink faucet. We left them there for fear they were blocking water spray. A lot of spots on the carpet. Ad said there was WIFI. We couldn't get it.

The location is great. View great. But the unit is not just old and hasn’t been repaired or cleaned in a very long time. The furniture was new but the tub is rusted, the shower full of mold and mildew, plus hard water stains, there was mildew in the sink. The kitchen sink was frayed, the stove didn’t work, all dishes supplied were dirty with old food dried on them. The fridge stank of old fish. The dryer burned holds in our clothes! The cabinets and drawers were sticky and filled with debris. The kitchen was very disorganized and stuff just thrown all over. No vacuum as stated in the reservations. I reached out to Vacasa. They said they made a ticket but no one even spoke to me to correct the issues.

Dirty and broken down
The condo was very dirty. The counters were clean but other than that it was way too dirty, it was a very uncomfortable stay. There is a lot of work that needs to be done to this condo to make it acceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

As mentioned is previous reviews the condo needs work. Vacasa rep says the condo owner is aware and the same problems everyone notes never gets fixed. Clearly this owner is just sitting back and taking in the $$$. As noted since over a year ago, the screen door is broken to the patio, the screen door to the condo itself is broken, the blinds are still broken. All of which you can see in previous reviews. If it wouldn’t be for the views off both balconies I would never stay here again.

Storm door was broken, the shower drain was very slow and stood in water while bathing. Kitchen utensils need to be updated. Many were bent. Old throw carpet was lying out on the balcony. ( edges were curled , a tripping hazard.

The view is worth it
This is our second time staying here. There aren’t too many places in OC that you can see the sunrise and sunset from the same unit. Just what we needed. It may be because we booked at the last minute, but there wasn’t a comforter or blanket provided. Glad we brought our own. The place is clean. It is outdated so if you are looking for a fancy bathroom, this isn’t it. But the view is worth the outdated decor and bathroom. I will book again soon!!

Perfect location for beach stay
Spacious apartment with front and back balconies. Amazing views! Comfortable. Yes, kitchen and bathroom are a bit worn and outdated but everything was clean and it was everything we could want for a girls weekend. Very convenient. We will be back!

Beautiful views and excellent balcony
Room was a tad outdated but I'm not there for the room. Tub drain needed to be cleaned out and snaked, drained very slow. Front storm door needed it's handle tightened as it fell off a few times. Other than that it was perfect.

Weekend for air show
Location was good, outdated but everything works. Enjoyed listening to the waves while sleeping on couch in the living room. Could really use new blinds because it’s very bright in the morning and there were several blinds missing.

Needs a little TLC.
This is a good location for North OC, MD. Views are amazing. The furnishings of this unit need updated. The chairs in the sitting room had existing damage. The carpet had stains. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean. There were plenty of linens. We had brought our own blankets, pillows. The front door lock was lose and seemed unsecured. Being off season, this wasn't a concern, but if the building had been full, we would have felt uneasy. If upgrades were made, we might would consider staying again because of the location, but will probably look for other units in the vicinity.

The condo was very nice. Beautiful view of the ocean from inside & out on the balcony. The only disappointment is that there was a a balcony on the Bayside. There was no key left to use this balcony. The view is awesome. I called VRBO they tried to contact the owner but never heard back.

Great value!
This was an excellent location with a beautiful view. We watched the sunrise every morning from our balcony and could watch the sunset over the bay from the sitting area across the hall from our condo. The inside is a little dated and could use a face lift but it had every thing we needed for a comfortable stay.

Property was convenient location with excellent access to the beach and great views of Beach&bay
Air conditioning we couldn't go below 70° per instructions and it was hot at times, some of the blinds were broken, dryer was duct taped, electrical wiring for the fan was sketchy with wire tape, futons listed were actually pull out couches both were stained cushions and stained old beds, one couch smelled like urine, outlets in the bedroom one side were sketchy, Bayside balcony had two big piles of sand prior to our arrival, appliances could use update coffee pot was rusted microwave you had to use two fingers to close it the door was broke, in the bedroom there were shelving units that were leaned up against the wall I guess to be installed I'm not sure, there was an inappropriate picture hanging in the kitchen of a naked person also in the bedroom there was a unhung picture of a naked woman sitting backwards both of these pictures were inappropriate with small children... basically the unit could be updated with minor changes that would make this a fantastic property just needs a facelift and some TLC....with all of that said the views were fantastic the location was great the property staff was very nice. The pool was very nice and clean every day, but the pool did close at 8:00, I think pushing it to 10:00 would have been more convenient for people who were staying on property. The area was nice and quiet and family orientated. The parking lot was quite large you always had a spot to park. My son had a broken foot and we were still able to access the beach the pool the areas that we needed to which was nice with his need of a wheelchair at times
