I booked this hotel online because they had really good ratings, a beautiful pool area & it was close to an event I was in town for. As soon as I went in to check in, I told the lady at the desk how good it smelled. Didn’t get an answer so I was like ok.. Find out the pool is closed for maintenance but it might be opened the following morning. I asked about cancelling the next night if the pool wasn’t going to be opened. She told me to get ahold of Expedia. Long story short since I can only use so many characters, the first room had blood stains on the bed sheets. We get moved to a room where the air doesn’t work at all. After going back & forth we get a personal fan & a big box air thing that doesn’t really help. The pool was closed & many people that I talked to were not happy & they said their rooms were so hot they were leaving for the day to be somewhere cooler. Don’t waste your $. It’s a pretty place but the hotel is so hot & their workers are pretty rude. But I did ask the second night if we could get free breakfast since the pool was closed & a lady gave us $10 credits towards Bfast. Will never book here again! Regret it.

The hotel was nice & conveniently located in Bricktown. Disappointed in the breakfast menu as we prepaid $14 for breakfast. Expecting more than a microwave breakfast sandwich & burrito.

First of all, my stay was not what I expected at all. My rooms were not what I paid for. One room was supposed to be handicap accessible and the other room was supposed to have a king size bed. When we checked in, we were also told that we had to pay 20 dollars for parking. All and out our stay was very uncomfortable, and we were very upset. The lady at the front desk was very rude and when we brought up all of our concerns she dismissed and wouldn't answer us. I will not and will never stay at this Aloft hotels and I will not give a good review

Property was fine but the bar wasn’t open during it hours of operations during our stay. The staff at the front counter was not friendly and down right rude. Someone different everytime but same bad attitude.

I love the location of the hotel and the fact that they have a parking garage for hotel guests. Our room looked nice and seemed to be cleaned well. That is until we looked over at the bed and noticed the snot on the pillow. Pretty gross, but we just took the pillow covers off and put T-shirts on them, so it really wasn’t that big of a deal.

Great stay for us. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Our sink was clogged upon arrival but they could not fix it until we were leaving. The staff was very apologetic regarding this. Also dryer was broken but my clothes were wet, and maintenance staff quickly helped us resolve this problem also. Room was super cute and comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again. Love Aloft hotels!
