Terrible toilet sink.

It was terrible. The sink didn’t work properly. We couldn’t flush the toilet after going. It’s terrible. My husband called front desk to get coffee it took hours for them to bring it to us.

We love staying at this hotel and choose it every time when planning a trip to downtown OKC. It’s walking distance to all the fun things or the trolley station if you’re needing a lift. All the staff at the front desk are super welcoming and helpful. I’ve stayed at most of the hotels downtown but we always end up picking this one now. Its a keeper!

The reservation I booked was included big sofa bed and balcony, but when we check in they don’t get us the same room as what I ordered. And we talked with the front desk, they just tell us they won’t have any room to change with the king bed and big sofa bed.

Property was dirty and all the staff seemed very stressed out. Maybe they are understaffed? I called to ask for towels and after and hour had to just get my own. Also called and asked if we could have some plates and silverware brought to the room, the lady told me I should probably just come get them myself. Bathtub was dirty and greasy to the point that my three year old slipped and fell. Lastly there were people screeching tires and revving engines well past midnight, right outside the hotel. I understand that’s not really the hotels fault but it was very unfortunate.

OKC stay for doctor appointment

Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. One elevator was out of service so getting up and down to the room took a little while. Parking was expensive.
