Tornado Suites
Breakfast was great! The staff was very friendly and calm during the tornado. This was my first time evacuating a hotel due to a tornado! Crazy experience. But the hotel itself was great! No complaints from me & I would definitely recommend this Embassy Suites to family and friends.

We paid almost 200.00 a night and I was really surprised that there wasn’t more available as far as amenities in the room, or even a little shopping area for snacks, drinks, small things you might have forgotten

Woke up after the first night there and my sons arms had bites all over them. His entire arms had swelled up and was super hot and painful to the touch. Thought maybe he got mosquito bites from being outside the previous evening. My mother stayed the second night and she woke up with a big welp on the back of her arm and I too had a couple bites on my hand. So then we immediately started pulling bedding off and lifting mattresses to look. As my mother bent down to look under the mattress and around the floor I saw a bug literally crawling up her back!! Within 30 seconds we saw 5 bed bugs!!!! Usually when I stay at a hotel the first thing I do before bringing my stuff into the room is pull sheets back and look around the mattress, BUT it was super late when we got in I was wore out and exhausted from the drive and I DEEPLY regret it BUT I didnt do it. I wont make the mistake ever again though!! The reason I rated it with more stars was because the staff was really nice about it and tried to be as accommodating and helpful as possible about the situation and obviously offered to move us to a different room but I respectfully declined and got the heck out of there. Super grateful we found out there was bedbugs in the room before we packed all of our belongs up and brought them home so we was able to keep it isolated away from our home!!!
