Lamp outlet improperly wired.TV blacked out/flickered repeatedly. Limited channel selection. Room door hard to open (latch not functioning). Coffee availability sporadic. At 8 am there was almost nothing for breakfast except stale bagels and cereal. Hard to find employees if needed.

We stayed for 7 days. 1 change of towels (every 3 days) but sheets were not changed because my wife's small carry-on bag was sitting on the bed. Desk staff said housekeeping can't touch any customer items when cleaning. Breakfast is a joke - missing plasticware, no juice - no pre-planning. The price was right so I may be back - just eat breakfast elsewhere.
