Checkin staff was nice. Sofa my 8yr old slept on was very stained, covered it with a blanket & tub in shower seemed clean but also very stained. I book only at places with a pool for my 8yr old & the water was extremely cold. Hot tub water was an odd green color. People would check pool water temp & leave. We didnt eat breakfast there but the line in the morning was so long & kept growing as we waited for valet.

First the bad...Did not like house keeping! House keeping never cleaned our room. At check-in was told house keeping is on a 3 day rotation, day three no show, day four requested and no show, day five requested and no show, had to get fresh towels and toilet paper from front desk multiple times. 6 day stay no house cleaning period (ruined the be pampered vibe while on vacation). Additionally, Testing the Fire alarm at midnight on Valentines day was not the brightest idea. The good... all the staff I interacted with were very nice and super helpful (they even showed me in the computer where house keeping was requested. The breakfast & wait staff were top notch at the hotel restaurant (loved our male waiter), Valet staff that parked my car was another top notch department. It was our first stay, undecided if will return (visit our son and his family twice a year for a week) like I implied we liked everything but house keeping!

Beautiful Hotel

It is a Beautiful Hotel with excellent & friendly staff. The Valet was my first experience and all staff was attentive & working to the best of their ability. I will definitely stay again when in town visiting my nieces.

Not good. Price was ok but charged 25 bucks for arriving a half hour before the 4pm checkin. A lot like a budget airline. But the ice machine did work even if the tv did not. Will look elsewhere next time.

It was very chaotic…2 out of the 4 elevators worked, rooms weren’t very clean our kids actually found a 99 proof shot bottle thankfully it was empty, the carpet needs to be replaced it was stained and just gross feeling, phone in the room didn’t work which was tough because the valet through the link wouldn’t work and couldn’t call the lobby, the tv didn’t work at first but we did get that fixed, toilet would randomly run water, pool was very gross feeling, hot tub was broke, nothing against the valet workers because I know they were working their butts off but I wished there was self parking just with waiting for the vehicle to be brought did take some time, good luck finding a luggage cart, overly priced water in the room and even in the cafe in the lobby was wayyyy overpriced, random fire alarm with zero explanation at midnight was unexpected, when getting on the elevator most of the buttons are broke, there is a dirty sponge just straight chilling in the “pond” which kinda cracked me up, I just feel like the whole place is a little outdated and the pictures of it online is very misleading it’s not as neat and clean as it looks. I wouldn’t want to stay there again and wouldn’t recommend it..

Overall, the property was excellent. The only downside was the parking—you must use valet. There is a parking garage less than half a block away, but since it was too cold, we didn’t want to walk. The room was clean, spacious, and offered a lovely city view. One suggestion I would make is to provide free water for guests in the lobby. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. I also want to give a special shoutout to the valet team—THEY WERE GREAT! They were always fast and courteous. While it took some time to bring vehicles around due to the cold weather and a lot of families checking in and out, they still did an amazing job.
