Went to the casino for my mom‘s birthday and rented a room. Our room didn’t have heat for some reason we had it on 88 hot and my mom and I literally had our teeth chattering all night long and when I brought it up to the front desk in the morning, they didn’t even apologize or address the situation at all.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had anticipated. Upon check-in, I found the staff to be quite unfriendly and unwelcoming. There was a lack of guidance regarding the location of my room and the elevators, which left me feeling confused and unwelcome. This treatment made me feel unimportant and disregarded, which is not what I expect from a hospitality establishment. Regrettably, due to this experience, I have decided that I will not be returning to your hotel in the future.
