This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The hotel was run down and in places did not look safe to be at. Two of the three elevators were running, the other was down. The elevators were small so the wait for an elevator was long just to get on one. We got to the room and noticed water on the bathroom floor, every time you flushed the toilet it leaked. The ice machines were on the even floors, we were on one of the odd floors. Since the elevator was not dependable, I decided to use the stairs. One of the fire doors was off the hinges and leaning against the wall. The door handle was broken off, you had to grab the broken door to be able to open it. On the last morning the air conditioner cord plugged into the wall shorted out with smoke and fumes. The really troubling part was the smoke detector did not go off. The cord was sparking before it shorted which was the only thing that woke us up. No compensation was offered since we could not run the air conditioner the rest of the night. We were seriously disappointed especially since the smoke alarm did not go off. To many things wrong with the hotel that made it really look like it could not pass a safety inspection.

Cheap hotel = you get what you pay for
Elevator being replaced, paper sign says 4 people only, but 2 signs at the elevator also state- one plastic one says 5 and a sticker sign says 6. First room given bolts missing from base of toilet, and one connector holding toilet seat missing. Almost fell off seat when sitting down. Tub appeared to be stained with red hair dye? Moved rooms after notifying front desk. Both rooms in similar condition. Did seem clean, just run down and needing repairs or repaired properly. Very clear areas where walls were damaged and poorly repaired. Other areas of damage not repaired throughout hotel. Two microwaves “out of order” in breakfast area. No sign until another patron tried to use it and was told they were not working then he put a sign hand written on notebook paper. Several staff members sat down and ate breakfast including the breakfast bar attendant while watching videos on his phone very loudly. Juice cups were the small plastic cups used for waffle batter. Hotel much nicer in photos, like it was very nice once upon a time and could probably be nice again after a good renovation. The price really reflected we got what we paid for.

When we checked in there was puke in the parking lot and the ceiling in front of the elevator was dripping water and about to fall down. It was dirty, and the property was poorly maintained. A bulldozer would make it better

The only thing I liked about it was having a king bed with its own room separate from the other beds. Other then that you can tell it's an older hotel by how it smells and how worn things are. One of the beds was partly broken, there were gross stains on the box spring, I had to use my own clorox wipes in the bathrooms to clean them better. Our door had to be slammed shut in order to close. The location didnt feel the safest for having children with us.

I WANT A REFUND
I got moved 2 times within my less than 24 hour stay. Once because of a loud and obnoxious family and second time was because the toilet was flooding when I went to use the bathroom. The room was also extremely dirty and had hair everywhere.

Weekend family reunion stay
Not quite what I was expecting for almost $200 a night per room. The room we had was pretty awesome. The description did not indicate there was a separate bedroom, which there was. There was a sink in the room, which came in really handy. The closet was large enough for all of us to hang up our clothes not one of those tiny closets that I’m used to in hotels. The windows were Floor to ceiling perfect for me. I love those. The security lock in our Room was broken so we were not able to flip over the little latch as extra security. The whole hotel is non-smoking however somebody on one of our adjoining rooms was smoking weed So that’s all we smelled the whole night, Both nights. Breakfast was good not too crowded. Had a good selection, hot and cold options. They need to upgrade their selection of coffee. It was not very good at all. The staff was super friendly did not have any issues with any rudeness at all. The hotel shows its age and you can tell it’s family owned. The restaurant that’s attached is not worth the money you’ll pay to eat there. The service is horrible. The drinks don’t taste proper the food taste good so it would be worth getting it on room service. The pool is heated good size pool no hot tub. The pool did not stay full, even though there were a lot of kids there on our weekend. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Might stay again simply because of the room that we got otherwise next time I would probably find another Hotel.
