Fun under the Sun
We actually had to move properties because of maintenance work on the Phoenix X condo. Sands was extremely nice and timely in informing us of the change, which was a little further away from the Florabama than we had expected but, honestly, it ended up being a better fit for us. Our stay was at the Emerald Skye, and the condo was very well outfitted with a fantastic view and easy beach access. The property itself is much smaller than most condos, which was itself a very nice bonus because we didn't feel like we were surrounded by people (even in the off-season) and the location itself was central enough to where we could get everywhere with a quick drive. The price was also quite a bargain compared to other, larger properties. Ultimately, Emerald Skye was a great place for just getting away and relaxing.

Exceptional Vacation
We stayed for 7 days. The condo was beautiful, and view from the balcony was gorgeous! The Phoenix property was well maintained from the pool area to the beach boardwalk and all the staff were very friendly. We will definitely be booking again!

Perfect Beach Vacation
We absolutely loved the condo. Beautiful and clean. View is unbeatable. Condo was well stocked on everything we needed until we were able to get to Publix. Elevators were easy and quick. Parking garage had carts so we didn't have to make multiple trips to carry the few things we wanted from the store. Walk to Flora Bama is short and it is always a blast. My son loved the pools and it was a great stay!

I absolutely love this condo! The design aesthetic mirrored my own style. It is so beautifully decorated. The condo is extremely clean. The location is great right next to Flora-Bama. The panoramic views of the ocean and pool were fabulous! I am hard to please but this condo met my high standards and I would love to stay here again!

Perfect Beach Getaway
This was the absolute best vacation we’ve had in a while. The unit was so clean and so nicely decorated and just overall had a wonderful layout. The kitchen had wonderful appliances and plenty of cookware so that we were able to cook our meals there. Also, pWe couldn’t have asked for a better location. It is located right next door to the FloraBama, which we were a little worried about, but we couldn’t hear anything the entire time we were there. The unit is on the 4th floor above the pool and it was so nice to be able to go on the balcony each morning and see the beach and pool. The walk to the beach is literally like not even 25 yards which is amazing!! Also, we are located within 5 minutes of Cobalts which is one of our favorites! We have already shared this listing with friends and hope to make the trip back in the near future!

Our stay in this unit was amazing. We had an issue with the TV (we have two littles) and the owner himself came down and replaced it immediately! The pool was great, especially if you have children as it is a zero-entry pool. We will be back!

The condo had been updated and it was beautifully decorated. Everything was very clean. If I had anything negative to say, I would say the bathroom appeared bigger in the pictures. It was fine for the 2 of us but any more people it would be a tight fit.

Looks New inside and Beautiful Beach
The Condo was very nicely decorated. It’s cozy and has very comfortable seating and bed. Big enough balcony to sit out and have coffee and see the sunrise and set. We went in early March and crowds were low and the beach warm enough to lay out on. We saw daily dolphins swimming by. The two bunk beds are built in the hallway and would work great for kids. In my opinion too small for adults to sleep in. Swimming pool is in view of balcony being directly below you. The Beach offered chair/umbrella set up for $$ for two days. Very clean beach. Right near is the famous FloraBama bar if you like live music. We hear it gets pretty crazy around spring breaks and big concerts but we found it calm on our visit. I didn’t realize we had to pay to park ($60) in provided ramp. Price is for duration of your stay but just be aware of this. Elevators were easy to get, remember we were there in off season. We liked this unit so much that we are hoping to rebook. Coffee pot makes a full pot of coffee or also one cup with a K cup.
