Ce condo offre une superficie de 1 325 m², un plan d'étage ouvert, une décoration moderne et une télévision grand écran, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, un canapé-lit en cuir (matelas double) et un accès direct au balcon.
La cuisine est équipée d'appareils SS, d'un réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons, d'une cuisinière, d'un lave-vaisselle et d'un four micro-ondes. Les autres petits appareils inclus sont la cafetière et le grille-pain. Pour vos besoins culinaires, nous fournissons des casseroles, poêles, plats, verrerie, couverts et ustensiles. Que vous souhaitiez préparer un repas complet ou une simple collation, nous avons ce qu'il vous faut. La salle à manger comprend 4 tabourets de bar et une table ronde en verre pouvant accueillir 4 personnes.

Wonderful stay in Aruba!
My husband and I visited Aruba for the first time in February. What a lovely island! Friendly people, beautiful beaches and clear turquoise waters, lots of restaurants with live music and nightly entertainment.We really enjoyed our stay at this condo, and it was as advertised. Fantastic location with great views of the sunset right from our balcony and a 3-minute walk to Eagle Beach! The pool area was beautiful and had many shaded areas, although we had to get out there pretty early to get lounge chairs under the covered areas. The condo was very well-stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, etc. We also really appreciated that there were beach chairs, towels, and a cooler that we could take with us to the beach.The host (Patricia) was wonderful and responded very promptly to answer our questions throughout the booking process and leading up to our arrival.Then Daniela met us at check-in and she was great as well! The check-in process went smoothly, and she told us everything we needed to know and answered all of our questions,If I had one suggestion, it would be to request better pillows and towels. The pillows in the condo were pretty flat on both beds and the towels were quite thin, but that was minor compared to all of the positives. In summary, we enjoyed our time here, and we would stay here again when we return to Aruba in the future.Thank you!

Good location at Eagle Beach but we won’t be staying at this unit again
All units are individually owned and after having stayed at several, this is a unit with the bare minimum as compared to other units in which I’ve stayed (and the only one I've seen with a camera at the entrance). Towels are old, knives are all dangerously dull/bent, and they had only 2 wine glasses and a small handful of coffee cups resulting in a lot of hand washing. So it appears if something is broken by previous renters, it is not getting replaced. Despite the shortcomings, we have returned to this unit 3 times as it was the closest unit to the unit in which our relatives stay for the winter months.Word of caution if you have children under 13. The owner has just recently decided to make a “house” rule change to no longer allow young children. Please note this is not a Le Vent rule, and my two small children have always been very warmly welcomed by owners/guests during our many two week stays at Le Vent. But note that Vrbo will still take your booking and money even if you accurately enter your children’s ages only to then be told well after they accept your booking and take your money that you are no longer welcome in this unit with small children (even those who have never once caused an issue), and your reservation will be cancelled after the fact.Also I would recommend taking pictures of what is in the unit upon your arrival, as the owner charged me 10 for a cracked serving tray that we didn’t even use. Fortunately, the 10 charge was refunded.

Short walk or drive to everything!
This LeVent unit on the fourth floor had amazing views, was very quiet and walkable to so many wonderful places and easily accessible to Eagle Beach. The pool was lovely with great amenities and very entertaining with the iguanas chasing each other around! We were greeted by the property manager making sure that we understood and could find everything. She saw us and checked in more than once during our stay. Super Foods was a 2 minute drive. The best Dutch cheese shop for an amazingly simply and wholesome breakfast was just a 10 minute walk from our unit, which we visited several times while there. It was call Keshi di Hulanda and is owned by a father/daughter duo. All of the staff know good food, drink and cheese in there! Very friendly with good cappuccino. Even though the weather was a bit quirky (according to the locals) for the time of year we were there, it was really mostly reliable. It rained but often just a quick shower. Everyone we met was very friendly and the island felt like a very safe place to visit. We never had a language barrier as most speak great English, We had an amazing day at the National Park and would encourage a day to go there and be sure to go to the natural pool with a Jeep or 4x4 to enjoy a swim. We visited most of the island and the location of our unit was pretty close to perfect! We didn't want for much of anything! Thank you Patricia, Daniella and Sonaly!

Eagle Beach Condo
We enjoyed our stay very much and loved being so close to the beach, watching the cruise ships and beautiful sunsets. The condo was pretty well equipped but could have used a few things. The directions for the safe were missing from the book and after I closed it without setting the code, I had to Google how to get it open with the key. Daniela came shortly to help and she was very, very nice. There are no measuring cups in the kitchen and they would have been helpful. We did have a problem with one of the toilet seats and it was to be fixed after we left and that was our idea. Having a half bath is great, too! All in all, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this condo. I would rate it as Very Good if that was an option. The entire complex was very well maintained.

Great experience
We had a fantastic time in Aruba. The Levent apartment we rented faced Northwest allowing a few of the sunset and the ocean. Lots of space and all equipped. The one little snag we faced, which was opening the safe, was promptly addressed by Daniela.Overall, we would stay there again as the experience was great!!

Everything our host said about her unit was exactly what we found! The unit was clean, comfortable, well located, and had items for us to take to the beach or pool when we wanted to go! I’m not sure she could have thought about another thing to add to make our stay any better! The view was beautiful and the sunsets from the balcony was a favorite! If you’re looking for a great place to stay, you’ve found it! Tip: Rent a car and drive the island! Parking is easy and the roundabouts are easy to get use to! Explore all the places and find new ones!

Perfect All Around!
Patricia was quick to respond to my questions and Daniela was an absolute delight! The condo was immaculate and spacious. I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. The facility itself was very quiet while we were there. The lobby and hallways were always clean. The pool was so serene. We loved the iguanas that would visit at a distance! One nice thing about the pool area is that there is music playing all of the time. The mix was great and provided for a very relaxing environment. The only downside to the facility is that the balcony lights stay on all night. I read other reviews about that but it really did take away from the sunset times, etc. We would have loved to just sit outside in the dark and enjoy the peace and quiet but it felt like you were sitting in a fishbowl. The walk to beach is takes less than 5 minutes so that was no problem. There are chairs, coolers and a sun shade at the condo. If you decide to stay here, you MUST go to the onsite spa! I was so satisfied with my massage that I went back the next day for a facial! They really are wonderful ladies there! The only very, very slight comments that I would make would be that the beds are a bit hard and the towels really need to be replaced. The bath and beach towels, except for a few bath towels, were very thin. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend!! I will definitely rent this unit again the next time we visit the beautiful island of Aruba!

Le Vent #407 was the perfect location for my husband's birthday trip. The host Patricia was so responsive and answered all my questions before we arrived. The condo is well equipped and the view from the balcony is amazing! Beach right across the street, well kept pools and so many restaurants!!!

Amazing experience
The condo was amazing and exactly as described. Patricia and the onsite property mgmt team members were very responsive and helpful. From the moment we arrived until we left the condo we had a great experience. We enjoyed the fact that we could be at the pool and beach throughout the day, and everything was less then 5 minute walk. The condo had everything we needed from chairs, to beach towels and even a cooler. We enjoyed using the bbq grills in the evening. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing Sunset Views
This property is in a wonderful location. You have the perfect view of the sunset every night. The condo was clean and is close to the grocery store. The only issue with this unit was that when we arrived the unit smelled musty. It took running the dehumidifier on high over 24 hours to assist with the smell. If you are sensitive to allergies, this will have an impact. You have to leave the dehumidifier running on high 24/7 and be able to empty it multiple times a day. It will fill up overnight and shut off. We have stayed in other properties and have not had to run a dehumidifier. The property managers were extremely communicative and helpful. Overall this is a lovely unit.

Perfect Choice
This condo was perfect for us. We were a group of four looking for a relaxing vacation with beach access. We were blown away by the unit and the property. Clean, friendly, safe and located close to the beach (but also just far enough away to be quiet) and walking distance to Super Foods! We were treated to amazing sunsets every night. Would highly recommend.

Nice property. However, did not like not being able to utilize the balcony in the evenings, due to the bright lights on the balcony. Making us feel like we were under a spot light! Also, not being able to turn them off was problematic.

My husband and I stayed at this property March 3-8, 2024. The property is in a fantastic area! A 2 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. The condo was spotless and very comfortable! It has a beautiful outdoor patio view for sunset! We really enjoyed how quiet the property was as well. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Room very nice. Resort close to beach and many resturants. The resort pools were nice. The only thing that the resort didn't have was activites at the resort like many do. Like ping pong, shuffleboard, etc.

I have stayed at Le Vent for 3 trips now-2 stays in this unit and another stay in another unit. Location is great-easy access to the beach. The pool was incredibly busy this trip-chairs were all taken by 8am several days. I wouldn’t say this unit is as well stocked as the other unit I stayed but it is adequate. It would also be nice if this unit had a drain on the dehumidifier (as the other unit in which I stayed did) as I had to empty it about 3x/day. The check in process was very confusing, despite having been here 3 years in a row. Our unit wasn’t ready when we arrived as VRBO has check-in listed as 3pm but the property manager told us it should be 4pm. Communication with the property manager left a lot to be desired.

The Condo is on the 4th floor with wonderful ocean views! Daniella, the property manager was available from the time we checked in until check out to answer any questions we had. We found the condo to be very clean with comfortable beds and well equipped. My only suggestions would be to display operational instructions for the appliances and to have extra hooks in the bathrooms for towels. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to return. 4th time around
Patricia was very good as the property manager. Once there Daniela took very good care of us though we had to wait a while before we connected. The accommodations were very good though the queen size bed squeezed too much. The king size bed also squeezed but not as bad. When we had an issue with a door coming off, Daniela took care of it right away. Easy walk to the ocean and the pool was very good. AC worked wonderful. Kitchen very suitable. All in all a very good place.

This is a great property near Eagle Beach and the pool was stunning and clean the condo was beautiful. If you are looking for a little quieter place to stay but a cab ride to a lot on the island this condo is perfect and Patricia the host is very attentive and responds quickly with any questions you may have!!
