Ocean Front Condo - 1 chambre / salle de bain - 4 personnes - Rénové en 2017

Condo face à l'océan avec vue imprenable sur l'océan. Entièrement rénové en 2017. Le condo comprend une cuisine complète, laveuse / sécheuse, salon, salle à manger, chambre séparée et une terrasse donnant sur l'océan. Ce condo est au dernier étage et une unité d'extrémité pour plus d'intimité.

La chambre a un lit king et dans le salon il y a un lit gigogne queen. C'est un canapé très haut de gamme et le lit est extrêmement confortable (pas comme un lit gigogne typique).

Un vol de staris est nécessaire pour atteindre le condo. Je suis désolé mais un ascenseur n'est pas disponible.

Le condo n'accepte pas les animaux. Fumer n'est autorisé que dans les zones désignées. Doit avoir 25 ans ou plus.

Il y a deux points d'accès à la plage près du condo. L'un au nord et l'autre au sud. Les deux sont à environ un pâté de maisons du condo. L'accès sud permet un accès plus facile à la plage (moins d'escaliers que l'accès nord). Il dispose également d'une rampe où vous pouvez conduire votre voiture sur la plage. C'est une excellente solution si vous avez beaucoup de fournitures ou si vous préférez ne pas marcher.
Nos clients nous ont dit qu'ils avaient été enchantés par cet appartement en copropriété et son emplacement. Lors de votre séjour, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes de marche de Putt N Bat. Beautiful Condo With Even More Beautiful Views

The condo was clean and lovely, as well as had everything we needed for our two-day stay. Although we didn’t do any cooking, I did snoop through all the drawers and noticed plenty of pots, pans and everything you would need for utilizing the full size oven.With nothing between the balcony and the ocean except for sand, our favorite part of the trip was spending time sitting on the patio furniture watching the sunset with a drink in hand.Kellie was a wonderful host and super responsive to any questions. (And didn’t even seem annoyed with my chatty messaging.)Definitely will be staying here again, and will recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay in Lincoln City.

A secret gem...

The property itself looked a bit run down on arrival, but what an experience we had. This cute upgraded little unit was breathtaking and the views. Wow. The decoration was spot on, the pullout couch was surprisingly comfy. I heard the bed was a bit on the harder side, but nothing to complain about. The owner was so responsive and open. We will definitely return.

Perfect 2 person hideaway

First off the space is great. It was clean, welcoming, parking was awesome. Just down the street from one of our favorite breakfast spots Zeller’s. There is beach access 2 blocks away. On of my big things is the shower and this one was great. Full ice good pressure. Will definitely be back

Cozy with a beautiful view!

My husband and I came for a little anniversary getaway and this spot was exactly what we needed! The view was spectacular and we loved being in the middle of Lincoln City. The apartment was very clean, smelled wonderful and was very updated. The couch and bed weren't SUPER comfy but not worth docking any points. We ended up wanting to stay an extra night and Kellie was very responsive and made it super easy to get that booked. We'll definitely be back!

Fabulous View!

The place was top notch! The view is perfect, the space was very clean and well organized, and we had no trouble getting in. I think the pictures don't do it justice -- it is far more roomy than they show. The renovations are well chosen and good quality, which I really appreciate. I will absolutely rent here again.

The view was amazing! The condo has been updated, and was tastefully decorated.The couch was a little awkward to sit on. Not uncomfortable, but the cushions wanted to slip forward.Would definitely stay again.

Great Location!

We stayed at this property during King Tides. It was nice to be oceanfront. The furnishings and decor in the condo were great and it fit our needs perfectly. Quality seating on the outdoor deck as well. While their didn't seem to be many people at the building when we were there, I did appreciate that there was a dedicated parking space. I am sure that is helpful in the main tourist season!

An Ideal Getaway

I absolutely loved this condo. Many amenities and absolutely spotless. The view was amazing. You have to go north or south just a bit to get down onto the beach, because it’s steep, but I was sick and just enjoyed the gorgeous view from the living room and balcony. The bed in the one bedroom was very comfortable. I would stay there again.
