Le studio est situé au cœur du village d’Orient Baie à 3 minutes à pied de la plus belle plage de l’île et de la place du village dans un parc fermé et sécurisé.
Site idéal pour des vacances calmes, sportives ou animées. Tout est prévu pour que vous passiez des vacances de rêve. La plage, les restaurants, les commerces de proximité ou encore les activités nautiques sont à moins de 5 minutes à pied du studio.
Le studio est situé dans une résidence très calme en rez de jardin donnant sur une piscine (très peu fréquentée car la résidence compte 95% de résidents à l'année). Le studio est composé d’une entrée, d’une pièce principale avec cuisine américaine tout équipé, d’une salle de bain, de placards, d’une varangue (terrasse couverte) avec salon et table de jardin ainsi qu’un petit jardinet avec chaise longue. Vous retrouverez le confort de votre quotidien avec une TV écran plat, connexion internet, barbecue, parking etc…
Très belle prestation pour ce studio refait à neuf et prévu pour 2 personnes (1 lit bébé ou enfant peut être ajouté).

Les propriétaires vous accueillerons chaleureusement et vous ferons profiter de leurs connaissances de l’île et des alentours et de leurs bonnes adresses : plages, activités, restaurants, sorties mer etc…
Ils pourront également vous mettre en contact avec des loueurs de voitures qui viendront vous chercher à l’aéroport dès votre arrivée. Des vacances paisibles et sans soucis !!!

Cute Studio in Orient Bay
For us, this studio was great, clean and in a perfect location! Everything was within walking distance, beautiful Orient Bay beach, amazing restaurants, beach bars and a small grocery store. The pool is awesome and at times we had it all to ourselves! Delphine provides very comfortable pool chairs which we used everyday. I love to cook and enjoyed making a few small meals in. Wi-Fi and AC worked great! Delphine was wonderful to work with. She responded promptly to all of our emails and answered any questions we had. She lives close by and though we didn't need her, she said we could contact her for anything. Thank you Delphine for everything. We would love to stay in your studio again on our next visit to Orient Bay! Merci!!

This was our second time staying here. We loved how close it is to Orient beach , the restaurants and the local stores. The backyard is pretty and quiet . The pool is great to get some sun and swim in . Delphine is wonderful to work with .

Perfection!
We loved every day of our stay! This condo is in a perfect location, in relation to shops, restaurants, and beach. We loved our short walks to everything we wanted to do in Orient Bay. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. If you’re concerned about having a washing machine but no dryer for laundry, don’t be. Our towels and clothing dried in no time since this island is arid. We packed in carry on luggage for a week’s stay because we knew we could wash our clothes. It worked like a charm! The pool was quiet and I didn’t even have to share when I swam laps every evening. The entire area is quiet, safe, and friendly. We only had one question for our hosts, Delphine & Christophe, and it was answered immediately. They’re attentive and wanted to be sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We’re already talking about dates for our return trip!

Perfect place, perfect location and great swimming pool
Our third stay in St Martin went perfectly with a few days in Les Lataniers and the studio is just perfect for a couple willing to enjoy the island and enjoy Orient Bay. A few minutes from the beach and all the restaurants, in a very quiet street and facing the pool residence (very quiet as it is used by a few residents), we can't wait to come again. The studio is clean, perfectly equiped with an efficient wifi, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, beach towels...nothing is missing. The host is really nice and inquired to check if we were nicely installed so it is an overall excellent renting experience.

Fantistic Stay in Orient Bay
This was our very first time to St. Martin and Orient Bay. We arrived in the afternoon and immediately met the friendly property owner Delphine. Delphine was very helpful with all our questions and quickly responded to new requests. Everything was clean and comfortable with all the necessities we needed for our week-long stay, and the property was exactly as the photos reflect. We also enjoyed the community pool in the late afternoons, just a few steps away from our patio. The property is literally a 3-minute walk to Orient Beach and 2-minute walk to some little shops, like the friendly “Good Morning Café” and many amazing restaurants. It’ couldn’t have been more convenient for us. We absolutely fell in love with the quiet and safe little neighborhood, the apartment and all the friendly people we’re encountered during our stay. We can’t wait to return to this little gem. Oh yes, something else not related to the property, but worthy of mentioning. If you have a chance check out Delphine’s design creations. We ran into her at Mardi de Grand Case on Tuesday nights, which was an unexpected and pleasant surprise for us. We were very impressed.

St Martin Getaway

A Hidden Oasis!
We are regular visitors to French St. Martin and our stay at this spot was above our expectation! The location was perfect, near beach, restaurants, grocery and coffee and croissants in am! Delphine out host was very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back very soon!

Amazing Experience
The property was as described (no surprises). It was clean and basic necessities were provided. The location was great - very quick walk to the beach and bakery/convenience store/restuarants. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood at all times. The pool was lovely, and just steps away. Christophe and Delphine were kind and friendly- both made the effort to stop by and greet us, and helped to get us settled. They were incredibly responsive with quick answers to our questions. We hope to be able to repeat our stay some day.

While I didn't have much communications with the property manager, she was very helpful (early in the morning) to help me print my covid test results ignorer to leave the country. The only comment about the room is the wifi was not very storing.

Great place for a short visit
The studio was actually better than we expected. It was obvious that it has been recently renovated... And well done! BTW... Love the rainfall shower! We typically get all the goodies to make our own rum punch including bagged ice. We were concerned about the small fridge in the kitchen but when we arrived we found a full size refrigerator /freezer just outside the sliding doors on the covered patio. It was absolutely awesome. Delphine was great to respond to every question quickly... Sorry we didn't get to meet but betwee the studio and her great communication I think she's the perfect host. We only had 2 complaints... One was the nasty sea moss washing up on all the eastern beaches... Certainly not her fault... We just went to Friars and Honeymoon which were perfect! The other is a personal preference for me... Bed was a bit hard but also very supportive. Maybe a memory foam topper 😁. The reality was that I was so tired each night I still slept quite well! We love St Martin... It pained us to see so much damage to the beaches and green foliage still...but there's recovery efforts everywhere and the people of this awesome island are still warm and obviously glad to have us visiting. We will be back next year... And we'd love to stay in this same studio... Thanks Delphine for providing us a comfortable place to use as our base!
