Upon arriving and checking the guest book and the guest email for the WiFi password, it was wrong, so I had to move the living tv stand and get the correct wifi and password from the modem directly as well as contact the owner who failed to relay that they had a new WiFi modem. We paid an extra $275 to have the pool and spa heated, just to not be able to use the hot tub at all throughout the duration of our week stay. They told me to do this/that to see if it’ll work, which nothing did. I asked for a refund and the owner told me the management will take care of it, management told me the owner will take care it, so a great level of inconsistency there. I’ll keep you posted on that. The ice machine stopped dispensing, the water dispenser constantly leaked onto the floor, we couldn’t wash any clothes or towels due to the washer not finishing its cycle and stopping at rinse. At least management did come by and offer to grab our clothes and take them to wash them, fold them and bring them back, so I do appreciate that. They said a new washer would be there the day after we left, so hopefully that goes through for the next people that stay. I contacted the owner Wednesday (todays Sunday) about my refund, sent him 4+ message and he still has yet to reach back out, even though he was messaging me consistently during our first couple nights stay. Great level of a lack of professionalism there and common courtesy. Overall, yes we had a good time, but proceed with caution when booking.
