Wonderful staff

It was a nice hotel overall, the staff was very friendly (especially the bartender, she was very nice and outgoing). I’ve only stayed at a handful of hotels so maybe I’m just uneducated, but I was charged for my $50 deposit twice and the staff did not explain what I was paying for at the time. The only other thing I wasn’t a fan of was the air conditioning in the room. We had to continuously lower it for the unit to turn on. It was set to 67 degrees at time but the room was really around 75-80 so we would wake up sweating. Outside of that though it was a fine hotel with a fun vibe.

My husband and I brought oyr 2.5 year old and it was our first time to Orlando. We loved Aloft. The room we got was perfect, it was quiet and clean. The hotel wasin s perfect spot to walk to Dusney Springs and the outlets. The shuttle was easy and we used it a couple times. The staff was AMAZING. SO genorous and kind. When we come back we will definitely stay here again. Super easy and great for what we needed
