We have stayed in these types of homes in Orlando several times, compared to others, this home is a bit older and just about ready for some updates. It worked very well for our family, but I'm guessing it's 15-20 years old and looks/feels that way. Everything in the home is "builder grade", not high end, and everything is getting "tired". The pool was perfect (we paid for the heat). Beds are all older but have memory foam on top (not my favorite, but it works). There's no place to hang clothing in the master bedroom. Outdoor patio set is uncomfortable, but the chase loungers are nice. All the TV's are older but work. Communication was fast, friendly and helpful. The community pool was small. The only other real activities offered was a pretty sad mini-golf option. That being said, we had a great trip and made a lot of memories.
