LOVED IT!
This property was magnificent. The pictures do not do it justice. The management company were friendly and helpful. I reached out twice before our stay for questions and was contacted immediately. This property is located in an area where there are lots of restaurants and stores. I will definitely book with them again.

Nice Property Horrible Check-In
The property was just as advertised. Very nice! Lots of storage, pots, pans etc. The TV by the pool was a nice vibe. Overall the house was great. However the check-in process was a DISASTER! Very unorganized. The line was super long and for a house that had a maximum of 12 people there was a limit of 3 cars allowed for the property. I was told to list everyone that would be staying at the property. I listed everyone that would be staying there. Well I was told by security that I had to list EVERYBODY even if they weren’t staying. They wouldn’t let me family members in that weren’t on the list that was only coming for the day. Luckily the supervisor was nice enough to understand.

Great Family Vacation Place
We had a wonderful stay at this house. Everything was as pictured. It is very roomy with enough space for all of us to have our own spaces. If travelling during the “cooler” months, I would highly suggest the pool heater as it cools down quickly. The pool was great for our toddler and other kids. Our toddler had a great time hanging out on the ledge playing with his toys. The only thing we came across was damp towels in the closet which wasn’t a huge deal as there is the washer and dryer. The main resort area was fantastic. Our older boys made use of all of the amenities available and our toddler loved the pools and beach volleyball court to play with the sand. There are a lot of shops close by and the theme parks didn’t take long to get to either. The place has everything you could need once you grab groceries and your toiletries, you don’t even need to leave! We would definitely consider staying here again. (This is nothing against the owners but depending when you check in be prepared to wait a bit in line)

Great stay
We loved the property, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all. The outside pool area is wonderful. The resort pool area was very enjoyable for all of us as well. Communication was great, when we needed to add someone to our party they were able to add them within minutes. Good distance to Disney properties too. Only recommendation is to bring a fan if you need to sleep with one, there are no fans. We ended up purchasing one and leaving it at the property when we left.

29th Wedding Anniversary
The townhouse, the Resort and Amenities was very nice! We stayed 4 nights and paid extra for a late checkout which was REALLY nice!!! We would go back! The pictures are exact with how it looks inside! Very roomy! We had 5 adults and 4 kids! We had no issues while we were there! We took food and cooked some, which was nice having a full kitchen! I would agree with others it does need cookie sheets, oven mitts and tea towels! It's safe to say the family had a great time!!!

Wonderful Stay
Excellent experience at this home. Close proximity to supermarkets and restaurants . 20-25 minutes from Disney and Universal. The amenities at this rental were well worth the longer commute to Disney.

Amazing
This townhouse was amazing and the resort made it even better. It was very close to the resort pool! I contacted the host multiple times and they were very timely, kind and helpful. I do wish there were a few more items in the kitchen to make cooking easier (kitchen towels, pot holders and baking sheet). It was difficult to cook without them. Overall, the best place we stayed at in Orlando and will stay here again if we come back.

Can’t wait to come back here!
Stayed here with my husband and our 2 year old, my mom, and my 2 year old nephew. The house looks even better than the photos. The pool area is gorgeous. The location is perfect and everything we needed was within a 15 minute drive. We were only 25 mins from Disney which was wonderful. Great communication with the hosts. Can’t wait to come back here !

Fabulous house for our family party of 3 generations. The pool was very much appreciated by the little ones and the lazy river was a huge hit with all. The Disney attractions are only a short journey away and it was lovely to return to the house after a tiring, hot day. The only thing that surprised me was that it was a town house. When we went inside you could not tell nor even hear the neighbors. Perfect stay? My family enjoyed all of the amenities and the overall cleanliness of the space.

We celebrated a 33rd birthday. The unit had enough space for 11 people (8 adults, 2 kids and infant) We had so much fun watching tv while in the pool and doing burgers on the grill! The family enjoyed the resort amenities as well .

Great Family Getaway!
This home met/exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious and conveniently located to the resort amenities. The home was well equipped and provided everything we needed to cook meals. It was also only a short ride to a shopping center where there was a Publix, as well as take out options which we did a few nights. My family really enjoyed the pool area at the house. We spent hours daily out there in the pool watching movies. The resort area was also great and had a huge pool, slides and lazy river which the kids enjoyed. The host was very communicative and the check in/out process was simple. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property.

Great place to stay, very clean and owner was super responsive. I didn’t realize it was more of a townhouse style home when I booked, but we had plenty of room for 5 of us! My only suggestion would be to maybe supply a dish towel or two and pot holders as we did cook.

This property was probably the cleanest VRBO that we stayed at. A few things that would be nice adds to the property. Oven mitts, cookie sheet, kitchen towel. The beds were a little firm for our liking but that is a personal preference and the upstairs floor was pretty squeaky which might be a problem if you have light sleepers.

Perfect for our long weekend trip!
I booked this property for a girls trip for myself, family and friends and it was great! There was plenty of room for everyone and enough bathrooms that we weren’t waiting long when it came time to get ready. The house was ready with towels and some toiletries - including pool towels, which we weren’t aware of and had brought our own! I agree with a precious reviewer that if you are staying for multiple days, it’s worth picking up some extra TP, paper towels and garbage bags! The house is a fairly quick drive to the Disney parks, but also is very close to a grocery store, pharmacy and several restaurants. We were busy most of our trip, but the day we spent watching movies out at the pool was definitely one of our highlights!

Great location and layout
We had a group reunion in Orlando and used the house as a central meeting place. It worked out great -- very clean and roomy. The bedroom downstairs is perfect for those who can't do stairs. We didn't wind up using the grill but did get the pool heated and it was lovely for some somewhat chilly nights in January. Check-in was a breeze and the front-gate had our names ahead of time. Note that once you go through the front-gate, you can go to the main office in the resort to get a pass to put on your car so that you don't need to stop at the gate anymore. We didn't realize that until the 2nd or 3rd day and kept waiting in line. We didn't wind up using the resort pool or go into the lazy river, but we did stop by and put our hands in the water and were surprised that the water seemed nice -- not warm exactly but not as cold as we expected.

A casa é exatamente como está foto, com uma decoração bem bonita. A minha maior insatisfação foi em relação a qualidade das roupas de cama e banho, elas podiam ser de melhor qualidade, poderiam ter investido mais nisso. No quarto onde fica a cama king, o lençol não parece ser do tamanho adequado para a cama A casa não oferece nenhum material de limpeza, sacos de lixo, filtro da cafeteira… enfim algumas coisas básicas para que você não tenha ir correndo ao mercado. Ela é muitoooo distante dos parques da universal e outlets, demora-se em média 1 hora de carro até esses locais.

Fantastic Christmas Stay
My family absolutely loved this property during our Christmas trip! We used the pool daily, so I suggest paying the extra money for the pool heater! We also enjoyed having a full kitchen for us to cook several meals in, and there was a Publix to go grocery shopping at right down the road. The bar onsite was fantastic for the older crowd, and our little ones had a blast on the lazy river and on the slides. It’s an easy 25-30 minute drive to the attractions, but you get away from the crowds, so we called that a win! It was a fantastic trip that we all would do again!
