WOW – what an incredible family friendly property! Spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and with a massive pool that we couldn’t get enough of. The house was spacious, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. We spent hours enjoying the huge pool after the parks. The large, completely private backyard was also an extra bonus and the game room was such a fun spot for quality family time.The location was unbeatable – just minutes from restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores like Walmart, Target, and Publix. We also loved the large covered area with a picnic table, which made grilling so comfortable, even out of the sun.The kitchen and home were thoughtfully supplied with cleaning essentials, plenty of towels, pool floats, and so many extras that made our stay stress-free. The community was quiet, safe, and very convenient to get in and out of.Our host was wonderful, and overall this was truly an amazing place to stay. We were beyond impressed and would absolutely return!

It was overall perfect for our team of families to share! There was plenty of this for my 2 year old to do inside and outside! The house has so many great things for guests: ponchos, pool floats, stroller, & more! There was plenty of parking for everyone & always immediate response from Kim if we needed anything or had any questions!

We stayed for almost a week at this property. It was phenomenal. Three families…each of the kids had their own bedrooms so they could have an alone time if they needed it. Each adult had a master bedroom as well. This was the perfect place to stay and we will definitely come again.

Absolutely Perfect!!

We’ve stayed in rental homes every year for about 20 years. This one exceeded our expectation. The kitchen is stocked, we never ran out of utensil, cookware, or dishes. There were cups with covers and straws, dozens of other plastic glasses as well as coffee tumblers and wine glasses. Bedding with quality hotel linens. Pictures are accurate of the multiple Disney murals. Location!!! Can’t get closer to the action! The pool was huge!! So relaxing with swimmies and inflatables tubes. I can’t imagine any suggestions - it’s all perfect!! Than you!!!

2025 Multi Ages Family Vacation

This home was truly amazing. Very clean, wonderfully located, updated and clean appliances. The property manager was so responsive/helpful to any question or issues we needed help with. Finding g a place that fulfilled all our families needs (we ranged from age 87 to 5yrs) had me worried but we all had a blast. My almost 87 yr old father said “Oh we will definitely come back here.” that is a top review in itself. Thank you Kim for helping us make so many wonderful family memories.

Kissimmee Rental Home

Excellent Rental Home! Very Clean & well equipped for family's with kids of all ages! Comfortable well equipped rental home away from home! Great place to just be on Vacation and hang out especially if your not wanting to do all the touristy things. The game room in the house was a great place to hang out when your not by the pool. The backyard is great with a large grill & picnic area, bags boards, ping pong & play area for the little kids along with comfortable chairs for the adults. Pool & Hot tub are amazing! Plenty of pool toys and deck chairs for sun bathing or just sitting by the pool. Our kids enjoyed the Karaoke machine in the front living room. Highly recommend staying here over any other rentals in the Kissimmee/Orlando area. The owner/host has truly thought of everything. You won't regret staying here. Also another helpful piece of info for anyone staying here is that the Walmart & Costco both will deliver same day within about 3-4 hours or less of ordering so you don't have to fight the crowds. Bonus! Thank you Kim!

We had a terrific experience at this home. It was very clean and generously supplied. We all had room to spread out but also enjoyed together space. The pool was clean and truly beautiful! Wonderful place with special touches

We loved staying at Kim's place. Everything was so clean and we appreciated all the special touches. The kitchen is better stocked than my own home! The location is great, especially for Disney goers. The home is so large, which allowed for each of us to have private space. Kim's place also has wonderful spaces for family and friends to hang out together both outdoors and indoors. The backyard is amazing and we loved the big pool with a deep end. Kim is such a great host and quick to respond to any question. A-1 place to stay.

Family vacation

This house was our best pick so far. My mom and my sisters and family flew in from all over the US for a week vacation. We have done this every year and this house was by far the best. Completely stocked from towels to spices to pool floats. Great pans and silverware, not that cheap stuff. We had 12 people and my 3 legged Pomeranian and there was so much room. The hot tub got hot. The pool was warm. All the games and rec room worked and weren’t broken. It’s a great location to Publix, Walmart and a new amazing indoor Pickleball facility we enjoyed 3 days we were there. The owner was so nice and super helpful. You can tell she loves the house and made sure guests have everything they need. I highly recommend staying here for your next vacation.

Amazing property for families or multi-family trip

This property was perfect for our multi-family unit trip with kids 4 and under. Kim was an awesome host and made sure we had everything we needed and was excellent at communicating with us. The house has plenty of bedrooms and then some for lots of people to sleep, and the huge pool and outdoor play area were a big hit with the kids and adults alike. This property is about as close as you can get to Disney world without staying in the parks.so our commute for park days was a breeze. Loved our stay!

WDW Family Trip

The house was amazing for our group of 13, with plenty of rooms that were Disney themed and beds to spare. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of towels. We really loved the pool and jacuzzi area with a TV. Also the game room with the pool table, etc. The location was excellent close to the Disney attractions. Communication was great with Kim. This place was the best rental house we have stayed in ever.
