Very friendly staff and willing to help. The shuttle to the park was on time and very efficient. The breakfast food was just OK, but the staff were attentive. Not a breakfast buffet anymore

We stayed at this hotel a few years ago and loved the breakfast buffet that they had. So we booked it again for our recent trip and were disappointed to find that the breakfast area had been renovated.. and the available food was severely lacking. They call it a full buffet, but I would say it’s a step above continental. There used to be fresh cut fruit and made to order omelets, among many other choices. Now, you can get some runny scrambled eggs and flat pancakes with a myriad of other easy to serve carbs. That’s it. And with a location that’s hard to get in and out of, this was a major disappointment for us. Sadly, I think we will not return. If you’re only looking for a good clean room with easy check in then you’ll be okay. But don’t count on breakfast.
