Property was very clean and beautiful. The rooms were spacious and quiet. The pool staff was very attentive and music and vibe at pool was very fun. Loved the heated pool in December. The options were limited for early breakfast though.

Thanksgiving Annual Trip
The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a well-functioning air unit. The bathroom was also clean and well-stocked with basic toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The TV remotes should be checked after every checkout, one of the televisions was Inoperable. Overall, our stay was pleasant.

The swimming pool is a highlight. My kids had a lot of fun. One downside is the traffic. It's hard to get to any restaurants by car during rush hours. I also dislike the fact that there are extra daily charges (resort fee, parking) not covered in the room price.

Our stay was amazing! The room was clean, the food was delicious, and the customer service was outstanding. We were there during New Year’s, and while everything exceeded our expectations, the only issue we encountered was the lack of available parking when we returned late after the New Year’s Eve party at the theme park. However, I’m confident this was only due to the holiday rush, as parking wasn’t an issue on other nights. One standout moment was the resort’s exceptional handling of a lost laptop. We accidentally left it in our room, and the staff immediately responded to let us know they were searching for it. Within a day, they confirmed they had found it and shipped it to us, arriving in just two days. Their efficiency and communication were truly impressive. The amenities at the resort were another highlight. The heated pool, complete with a beautiful waterfall feature, was picture-perfect and incredibly relaxing. Though we didn’t have the chance to experience the sports bar, it looked like a lot of fun and is something we’ll definitely check out on our next visit. Overall, the stay was excellent—affordable, with roomy suites, good food, and lovely amenities. If you’re looking for a great option outside the Disney-themed resorts, this place is a perfect choice, and we can’t wait to return this year!
