Absolutely wonderful experience!

Absolutely wonderful! Overnight stay for a concert at the HOB. So convenient to downtown Disney. From checking us in early to check out, the whole front desk staff were incredibly gracious and helpful. The free breakfast and all no smoking suite rooms made this first time stay not my last!

Was a good price for a spacious comfy room. Key card had to try 2 to 4 tries each time for reentry.

The hotel was nice, parking was free and ample. Location was right near amusement park which was loud and made the area feel u safe with the people out late at night right next to the hotel. We didn’t expect a party environment. If that’s what you’re looking for this hotel was ok every other way.

Quick trip

Just a quick overnight stay but everything was great! Nice location with a lot of restaurants close by. Enjoyed the poolside bar and breakfast they offered.

The location is premium. Common areas and room were clean. Warning...please check you bedroom beds. Both beds had very uncomforrtable mattresses. We felt every inner springs/coils poking through.

Enjoy the close proximity to Old Town. Did not like that no one seemed to vacuum the hallway on the floor we were on. Also did not like the fact there were no towel holders in the bathroom. Just the 2 small hooks on the back of the door. Also did not like the fact that the shower head and shower door to get in were on different sides. You had to get in the shower and then go to the front to turn on the water and therefore got drenched with cold water before you could adjust the temp, of the water.

The reality is way different than pictures and reviews that were listed on the websites. The breakfast is terrible and very limited . The building is very old and stinky. The elevator is slower than turtle. Rooms are very old fashioned like from 70s or 80s. No kitchen at all and the portable refrigerator barely works. The corridors smell smoke and dirt. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and makes lots of noise. I guess the location is ok but it didn’t help us to feel better.
