Nice overnight stay

Wonderful bilingual staff, switched our room to allow us to have working outlets at the bedside. Older property had non-working outlets and usb outlets in two different rooms. Busy budget hotel, many guests here for the cruise lines. The staff kept up with the extremely busy breakfast to keep food and coffee full. Very conscientious kitchen staff. More tables and seating options are needed, maybe extending the area into the lobby.

The hallways smelled of smoke, the room wasn’t clean and the sleeper couch in our room was broken. the only nice thing about this place was the front desk workers were patient with rude customers.

It's an older property but pretty well maintained. It was close to airport parking and Brightline.

We stayed here for a night to ensure we'd get to our 8am flight in time. We were picked up from the airport where we dropped off our rental car within minutes of calling the hotel, and had no issues getting on a quick shuttle at 5:30 am to the airport. Super friendly and helpful staff! Make sure to call ahead of time if you need a shuttle to the hotel because some of the times do get full (we didn't and we were fine but I imagine in high tourism season this could be an issue)

The breakfast had was not much to write home about. The sausage was hard, the eggs were hard and no taste. When calling for a shuttle the lady on the other end of the phone was very rude.

Airport shuttle took over 1.5 hours to pick us up to bring us to the hotel. Once he picked us up, he stacked suitcases so high that if he were to slam on the breaks they would topple onto our kids. We had to rearrange seating to ensure none of the suitcases fell. The driver did not care. Did not acknowledge the safety concern when we told him. Over packed the shuttle. Was a horrible experience with 4 young kids. Then the staff at the hotel were not friendly and there were no food options. Would not stay here again.

When we called from MCO for transport staff said to wait by A4. We did. But they failed to tell us A4 GROUND LEVEL. so we waited a long time at A4 baggage claim level. Finally we called and found the error. At 1 hour we got picked up with 45 others ..left MCO part way. Driver then got a phone call to go back into airport area and pick up several more. So all together it took 1.5 hours to get from MCO to hotel.

Wonderful

Wonderful stay! There was a mixup about the airport shuttle however this was only because a 3rd party website said it ran 24/7. This hotel has it clearly stated it runs only 7am-1am. Would stay here again.
