Great stay with plenty to do!

We traveled with family and all the kids loved the pool (lots of night swimming) and the game room was certainly the hit of the stay!! The themed rooms were enjoyed by all the kids (especially the lighting in the large Star Wars room). We went to both of the on-site water parks and again, enjoyed by all and we lliked that they both were within close proximity to the house. And Publix is close too!!

True family retreat!

From beginning to end, the property manager/owner was great with communication! She helped me make some adjustments to my booking and took care of any additional needs I had. During our stay she was very prompt answering any questions I had. Everything was as described in the listing. The house was clean, well kept, carpet needs to be cleaned in between rentals if possible, but it still gets 5 stars for cleanliness. Lots of linens and towels provided, even the pool towels were plentiful. The kitchen was stocked with kitchenware. The kids/teens loved the game room! We rarely saw them, which was a good thing! The pool area was huge and fit our family of 15 comfortably with everyone outside in the area. Our family loved the themed rooms! There is so much space for everyone to spread out, we even had two unused bedrooms! This neighborhood has an amazing clubhouse that guests have access to, You could spend a whole day there, it has everything you could want or need, even cabana rentals! There are shops, grocery stores, and restaurants near by. Overall, I would recommend this property and we would definitely stay here again!

House was not clean sent Video to Host wasn’t helpful at all. A/C upstairs did not work we had to live downstairs contact Host wasn’t helpful, game room pool table nasty, basketball game didn’t work. This should not be on the VRBO

I was amazed by the response from the property manager. This is the first rental ever to respond in a timely manner. The only thing that was a burden was not beinf able to have friends stop by and just visit for a couple of hours. They could not get through the gate. You either had to bother the property manager to add them to the list or have them park at the publix next door and go get them. It was time consuming. Its nothing to do with the property itself just a little tip when your purchasing. The house was great and very spacious and had everything you need to make an enjoyable stay.

Fun for the whole family

Plenty of room for the whole family. Beds were comfortable but some a little noisy when you roll over. The pool and spa had a few issues but they were on it immediately. Great hosts!

Property was as described, everything was OK the only issue was the jet stream in the hot tub, due the the storm the week before I'm sure the minor issues will be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful home!!

Worse Rental Ever!

The check in process was easy and simple. The property manager was extremely nice. The house needs a lot of tender love and care. The cleaning staff for the property is horrible. During the walk through at arrive I found a dirty styrofoam plate in the game room on the floor. Toys left on the pool deck. A large grease stain on the pool deck. I wouldn't dare walk out there barefooted. The pool deck has weeds coming through the pavers. The showers has mold around the base that has been there for months if not years. The furniture upstairs and downstairs feels like you are sitting on the floor. There was a big gap in between the sectional upstairs pushed it together and a pair of men boxer shorts was under the couch. The cable boxes wouldn't come on in 4 of the rooms. A guy can to change the batteries and still couldn't get them to come on. The television in the Harry Potter room wouldn't come on. He had no clue as to why it wouldn't work. The kitchen sink had mold around the rim of the sink, the drawers in the refrigerator are broken and one of the cabinets in the kitchen is broken. One of the chairs at the dinning room table is broken. A few of the games in the game room is broken. Over half of the pool sticks has no tip. Screens missing from the windows. AC doesn't work very well. Had to go and purchase fans to cool the upstairs rooms. It was on 68 degrees and never stopped running because it never reach 68 degrees. It stayed around 75/76 degrees on the thermostat. At check out I could not get the door to lock a quick call to Cynthia she gave me instructions it still wouldn't lock she told me to leave and she would send someone to lock up. Overall this is the worse vacation rental I have ever booked. And it hurt me to say that because Cynthia was so nice and helpful. She even extended the checkout time to allow me to give the seniors in the group breakfast before we hit the road and not have to wake them so early.

Great Experience at This property

Had a family vacation with with 12 adults and 5 children. Everyone enjoyed this house. The communication with the Cynthia prior to arriving and during our stay made everything go smoothly. The game room was amazing . Access to the club house was a big plus. I picked this home based on the pictures and description and We were not disappointed. Any issues that we had were taken care of immediately.

Large home - great customer care

We stayed at this 10 bedroom property which was walking distance to the clubhouse/pool/gym. There were some minor surface damages but nothing that interferes with our stay. The beds were cozy & there was plenty of space to accommodate our 17 guests. The manager responds to any message within 20 minutes - so any problem is immediately resolved. Only thing we found missing was a wine opener.

Big house to fit 22 people

Overall stay was good. There was some minor issues with the house but the property manager was quick to respond and get the issue fixed for us. Pretty good communication with the property manager and they worked with us to make sure we have a good experience. It was our first family vacation with everyone and this house has enough room and spaces for everyone.

Check in process took over 2 hours because they wanted to verify who I was after I’ve booked the house over 3 weeks ahead and then none of the TVs worked the first two days it was hard to get someone to come out the house, the games j. The game room didn’t work but once everything got settled it was used for what it was for and that’s family time !

Group getaway

Needed a house for a large group for 5 days in November. I came across this property and booked it a couple of months prior. Upon arriving, I was satisfied with the easy checking process. The only issue was getting my guests in at the gate. There was a communication mixup with the guard gate and my group. Eventually it was resolved. A small annoyance but became a non issue. The house was clean and in good condition. Some things were broken but nothing major. (screens in the pool area, tile towel holder in main floor front bathroom, loose cabinet doors) I tighten the cabinet door to fix that. Pool was clean but the weather did not cooperate for it was cold and the heater was inoperable due to the cold temperatures. No fault of anyone, just bad luck. We were going to have it turned on but the cold temps got in the way. The house was just as it appeared in the listing. My guests were all happy with the accommodations. We enjoyed our stay and communication with the owner was great. My only gripe would be some type on instruction on using the video game unit in the game room. It was tough using that item. I would recommend this home. It served our purpose and I would rent again if the purpose came up.
