Really nice stay here. Waited forever to check in but staff were nice. There is a shuttle to universal and they can print tickets and you can get packages from there aswell. Really nice pool with huge hottub and lovely outside area. Good location next to some things you may need and really clean and well maintained place.

Pretty run down for a Hilton property.
Given the location and the Hilton name I definitely expected better. 1st room was naususly overwhelming with cleaners/ Marijuana smoke. As well as a relative humidity of 80% in the room. Staff tried to minimize my complaint of the smell to keep us in the room. And after insisting on another room or refund to go elsewhere... The 2nd room was better but the whole hotel smells of musty old carpet. Air intakes and ruturns have not been cleaned in who knows how long.So, if you have allergies stay somewhere else of be prepared to suffer.

Two of the three elevators were broken for the entire night with no sign or communication from the staff. One of our beds was stained and both of the usb charging ports were smashed in beyond use.

Good location, 10 min walk to Universal Studio. Avis car rental on site. Hotel good but the bath was dirty. No shuttle to Walt Disney, Uber @ ~25$USD

When we checked in the front desk was rude and very unhelpful. We didnt know our room key would let us out of the parking lot and ended up paying twice for oarking. Something we should have been told at check in, but we were a pure bother to the lady when we checked in.
