For a Hilton property there was a lot of things in our room needed to be updated and fixed, the sink in the bedroom area, is worn out and didn't look good, the rugs needed to be steamed cleaned or replaced, the filter for the ac, needs to be replaced regularly, some work needs to be done for cleanliness and health reasons.

Our stay was great from the minute they checked us in everyone was friendly, the breakfast was the best I’ve ever had for free in a hotel and the room was awesome The only bad experience and wasn’t even to much was the bartender the man who worked in free night he seemed to hate his job and it showed That is the only thing in 4 days luckily we didn’t use bar but once I’d stay here again in a heartbeat

Arrived at 7pm and my room was not ready. I ended up in an exterior entrance room that seemed much older than the rest of the building. Lights didn't work, TV in the bedroom had big spots burned into the screen and it just felt old. A+ to the photographer for the website because they made it look way nicer than it actually is.

Gone down a bit in recent years.

Safe, ok place to stay. If I’d never stayed here before, I’d say it was ok, but disappointing when you know how it used to be pre-2020. Continental breakfast is decent. The evening reception used to be amazing - a bar inside for the free drinks, lots of snacks, a cotton candy maker and popcorn machine. Now it’s goldfish, Chex mix and chips, and 2 free drinks that you have to go outside to the busy pool bartender for. Rooms are ok, but there were two long hairs sitting on my pillow, and family in a different room found hair on their towels. The rooms just seemed like they haven’t been kept up and things are starting to look very run down. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Picked this hotel for the free breakfast and theme park shuttles. I should have done my research because the shuttles to Disney left at 10am or later and came back around 4pm. My bad that I didn’t call before booking. The hotel is fine but definitely did not give a wow factor. Rooms are just ok, nothing special and the doors open to the outside like a motel. Some of the breakfast food was just awful so I ended up eating a mediocre bagel every day. In conclusion - it was “fine” but would not pick this hotel again.

Normally, we love staying at Hilton hotels, including Embassy suites. We are loyal members, and Hilton honors members as well. Our experience at the Embassy suites Lake Buena Vista in Orlando, Florida was abysmal. The toilet in our room clogged SEVEN TIMES in the six days that we were there. Never once were we offered to move to a different room until the day before we left. There was only one small trashcan in the entire suite, located in the bathroom. We asked for a new trashcan, which we promised we would receive from front desk staff, but of course we never did. I have pictures that show stool on the underneath side of the toilet seat that never got cleaned. The room was disgusting! We spoke to a different person every time we went to the front desk to get our toilet fixed. Every single person we spoke to at the front desk had the same response which included, “ oh, I wish you had spoken to me! I would have taken care of it.” What a joke! The only compensation we were offered was to waive the resort fees. This is unacceptable. We are scheduled to stay again in an Embassy suites in Colorado in two days, and I am not looking forward to this stay because of what we experienced in Florida. We should never have to encourage our young son to go out into the lobby to use the restroom. This put a huge damper on our first ever trip to Disney World.

The facility is beautiful, well located . The suites are very comfortable and spacious The parking fee for self parking is outrageous. We stayed for a week before staying at Orlando . There was no charge for parking. There were several shortages at the breakfast and evening happy hour
