Excellent location

I really loved this hotel! It is in a totally convenient area close to everything, (much closer to Universal than Disney) across the street from a bunch of restaurants and attractions, super easy to jump on I-4 although the traffic is pretty bad. The hotel itself is a little bit dated, the furniture is a little bit worn and the beds were not super comfortable however the room was very spacious, and I love the fact that there were two sinks with really nicely lit up mirrors, Love the living room and the little kitchen area with a microwave refrigerator and another little sink! Its just a really cool design where you look out over the restaurant and the free breakfast is definitely a plus! Although we weren't able to go to the happy hour they offered that's a really nice perk that they do as well! Overall it was a great stay, it would definitely go back again.

I had an excellent stay at Embassy Suites. The staff was amicable, and the hotel was clean and quiet. I have only one suggestion about my room, the carpets need to deep cleaned; a shampoo will go a long way, but everything else was great. The lady making the omelettes at the station works fast and hard, and her omelettes are delicious. And the man at the bar is very professional and makes great drinks.

Property is typical embassy suite but the customer service was terrible we checked in and we didnā€™t have any soap , hand wash body wash and shampoo they said someone will come in the morning to replace itā€¦.they came 20 min before checkout to replace it. I don't usually write reviews, but just wanted to let others know the quality of this hotel for the price we paid(nearly $300) is poor. After checking in with my family we stayed all of about 20 minutes. The place was severely run down and outdated. We forfeited our money knowing we would not sleep comfortably and went to a much nicer hotel, that was actually cheaper!
