Although the staff were very accommodating, the hotel was not a Ramada Hotel. It's real name is flamigo in.

Absolutely hands down one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The only thing it has going is friendly staff. Ramada should be ashamed of itself. Can't even put a light in their outdoor signs so one can even find property at night. My family aren't even that picky about places to stay and are completely fine at Motel 6. This was a huge disappointment. We were so grossed out that we didn't even take a shower! Save your money.

Resort is in transition from Flamingo. Room door locks touchy, need to be replaced. Some of the resort has been repainted recently, but the whole place is in need of a power wash and paint. Lazy river at waterpark was nice. My daughter reported that one waterslude was too bumpy and tye other made her nervous because there was a hole in the side. Rusted out spots on waterslude platforms, needs maintenance.

The room we stayed in was not as advertised. It’s like we walked into the 70’s. The room smelled terrible, carpet was dusty, lamps were rusty, bathtub faucet was leaking, room and bathroom curtains were dingy and ripped. The furniture was worn, with scratches all over them. The property itself was also dingy. Parts of the cement on the ground were worn and had holes. The green pool chairs had mold in them. The water in the children’s area was not heated as advertised. We were looking forward to that since we traveled with our 8-month-old. The staff member working at the bar inside the restaurant did not know what a cocktail was and instead gave me two empty cups. The lobby was the only upgraded area of the entire hotel. We will never come back to this hotel, EVER.

Our stay was a disaster. We arrived late at 2 AM with my 84-year-old father, only to find a cockroach in the sink, stained floors, a leaking bathtub, and a musty smell. The room was in poor condition, and there was a large gap under the door. When we asked for a refund, the hotel refused. Additionally, I wouldn’t trust Expedia to book here again, as they shouldn't advertise hotels below their "star" standard. Avoid this place at all costs.

The property is older, but has been spruced up for Ramada and has some great amenities, like the waterpark and the pool. The game room is huge. The staff is very attentive and polite. The food was great at the restaurant. The area where this hotel is located is a little on the rough side, but it looks like it’s coming back. There was no one unpleasant that we ran into during our stay at the hotel or in the area.

Great place to stay for safe, clean night before flights or family mini resort getaway. The building is older, but updated so the room feels clean with hard plank floors and nice amenities like a mini kitchenette space with a microwave, fridge, coffe maker. Staff are super friendly, kind and welcoming. With all the questionable old dingy hotels in the area, this was definitely a good choice and good value. We didn't use the water park, but it looks amazing and fun.
