I am genuinely upset and extremely disappointed with how my stay was handled. I chose this hotel expecting a comfortable and reliable experience, but from the moment we arrived, everything went wrong.
Our reservation was cancelled on the hotelâs end without explanation, causing unnecessary stress after traveling and expecting a smooth check-in. Once we finally got to the room, the issues continued. The shower temperature control and showerhead are loose and pull out of the wall when used, which is not only inconvenient but a safety concern. The air conditioning is so loud that sleeping through the night is nearly impossible. Additionally, the room was not cleaned until we specifically requested it.
When housekeeping did come, the towels provided had visible stains on them, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. Communication throughout our stay was extremely poor. We reached out to the hotel manager twice and never heard back. We were also told we would receive a call at 10 AM or 3 PM, yet no one ever contacted us. It truly felt like our concerns were ignored.
Even basic requests were mishandled. When I asked for hot water, I was told to use the microwave but wasnât given a cup. When one was finally provided, it was a plastic cup that was not microwave-safe. On top of that, the ice machine we attempted to use was unplugged and unusable.
This stay has been stressful, disappointing, and far below acceptable hospitality standards.
