The 3BR/3 Bath unit was large for a hotel room. It had more than enough space for the 4 of us. I would’ve given it all 5 stars, but the dishwasher needed service the last night we were there so I had to wash the dishes by hand and the washing machine was temperamental but it worked, but it was frustrating to get it to work. Despite all of that we would go back there again. It could use a lil modernization, but it was CLEAN and the coffee in the lobby was delish!

This was our third time staying at the Grand Beach Resort (first time since Hilton purchased it). We’ve had good experiences the last two times, but not so much this go around. Our two bedroom was in desperate need of attention! The tile was chipped and peeling in the shower. The carpet was tattered and torn in parts. And the sofa was worn with holes. I was told by a member of the front desk staff that the three bedrooms were being renovated. I asked to be switched to a three bedroom, but there was no availability. When Diamond Resorts owned the property, the staff seemed more upbeat, attentive, helpful and professional. The Hilton staff..not so much. Upon checking out, I stated all of these issues to a staff member who didn’t know how to respond. The rooms are spacious. The beds are comfortable. And it’s convenient to have a full size kitchen, even though it needs updating. In fact, the entire condo looks like it was designed 30 years ago. It is convenient that it’s very close to the Disney World Resort - 10 minutes. But even that won’t entice me back. I think next time we visit Walt Disney World, we’ll find another place to stay that cares about the upkeep of their property. Another property that does not have “Hilton” in its name.

Great location! Close to SeaWorld and Disney Springs. Very comfortable, lots of space with a full kitchen. Staff members were very pleasant and quite helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

They were very pushy in attending their time share presentation. The hallways were very very loud. The hallway we were in smelled like rotting milk.

Weekend getaway

The property is beautiful. Tons of outdoor amenities and activities for the entire family. The office is kinda hidden in a building behind where you might expect it to be, but once we found it, the staff were very friendly. The suite was spacious and included all the comforts of home. The furniture is a little dated, but again, it was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely return. Close proximity to Disney Springs and the parks.

This is a beautiful property and not far from the attractions. We absolutely loved the space and availability of heated pools. We just wishes we would have stayed longer to enjoy the property and amenities. Parking was limited sometimes but we didn't care!! The patios were also spacious.
