Room was dirty, smelly, carpets not vacuumed, not healthy to breath the air in the room, bed sheets felt damp, not enough bath towels, I had to go to front desk twice to request towels. We were charged $25.00 extra for early check in. We were never told nor explained to us that there will be extra charge for early check in and never requested early check in. One day there was a problem with the elevator, couldn't use it for a while from the 7th floor. Employees not friendly at all. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone to stay there.

Stay somewhere else!!!!

Received text messages from front desk, which was nice, but never received anything I asked for when I texted. Wasn’t ever given wash cloths until asked for multiple times and weren’t replaced. Was only given 3 towels for 4 adults each day. And still wasn’t given an extra when asked for it. We also weren’t told that we would need to sign up for a free shuttle to Universal, which was the purpose of our trip. We’ve never had to do that with any other hotel. Also, no where to park and was told we would have to pay $25 a day to park. That wasn’t on the website and didn’t have any other choice. A lot of extras that weren’t told upfront, had we known a lot of it we wouldn’t have stayed there. Room was sub par. Very basic and no frills whatsoever, not even a picture on the wall. Cleanliness was just ok. Everything was outdated. Water was WAY too hot in the shower, there was no cold water.

Great Location & Staff but everything needs help!

The Hotel is very dated. First room had no electricity in the bathroom, a sprung door in bathroom and no hot water to speak of. We stayed on the 10th floor that had problems in a lot of the rooms. The Saturday stay had no water at al for several hours due to a problem. Moved to another room the next day across the hall and had no Hot water there. Staff was wonderful and location was great but the building needs to be updated!

No hot water. Water issues throughout.

No hot water for start of stay. Ice cold water does not make for nice showers. Boilers were then fixed as was a hotel wide issue. Water then intermittently stopped completely later in our stay causing blocked toilets etc and inability to wash hands etc. When called hotel reception as had been down for 24 hours in one go was told it was an area wide issue of no water. When feeding back to hotels.com they called hotel who have now said only one single day had an issue with hot water. There are a huge number of reviews of the hotel issues citing days of water issues so this is clearly inaccurate. I was very understanding of the fact these issues happen.. but to hear the hotel is later denying that issues existed and occured as much as they did... Avoid.

No Water No Problem, we had a 2 night stay, first morning no water hot or cold, reported to front desk. When we returned at 5pm that night water worked. 2nd morning no water again!!! When room service cleaned our room we were only given two bath towels. But who needs towels, when you have no water!!! Upon check out we were given a $100.00 credit, after we asked about it. Staff was great, and said a pump was out.

Too Much $ for what was received

Not enough disabled parking. The hall & room had a mildew/Mold smell. The coffee maker was broke. No microwave in my room. Shad was broken. Shower needed work.

We enjoyed a 2 week stay here, it’s the closest independent hotel to universal. We walked to and from the parks as it was quicker than the shuttle bus.

Shower had no pressure, called front desk , they said someone would be up to look at it in 10 minutes. We waited for about 20 . Then we left . No shower in the morning Don’t know if they have anything to do with the TGI Fridays restaurant next to it . But that place was horrible. Bad service and the place was run down

We came with our sons highschool marching band for a quick 2 night and 3 day stay. It was a cheap stay and we were traveling on a budget. It served it purpose. Its an old outdated hotel. Smells like mold, everywhere. It took the shower 10 to 15 minutes to get hot water, each time someone used it. The bathroom floors were dirty. Thankfully we brought slippers so we werent barefoot. The fridge dial was broken so we had to use a pair of tweezers from my makeup bag to turn it for it work. The elevators didnt work well. Another guest showed us to always push the up button then once on the elevator push the number going down. Thats the only way the elevator would pick you up. We were on 9th floor. BUT the bed, the blankets, and pillows were so damn comfortable!!! Overall I probably wouldnt stay again because there were too many ew moments with the smell and cleanliness. It served its purpose. I also dont think its worth more than $100 a night to be honest.

The ladies at the front desk are awesome however the mini fridge didnt work. We had to clean our tub/shower before we could use it. When booking the room we where not aware of the destination fee or the 25 dollar plus tax a day fees for parking.
