New lobby old dirty rooms
Hotel lobby was newly renovated and staff was very kind. The room was dated and carpet was dirty and very worn. We asked for bedding for the pull out couch and the blanket was crusty, hard and not even folded it was in a wad. The TGI Fridays attached has great service and food was good.

Room as dirty, Towels had holes in them. HVAC made a horrible noise in the room that prevented sleep. Hardly ANY lighting, place is very out dated and dark!

We felt accommodations could have been better, rooms we're clean but had to ask for allot of things. Allot of food options but not pocket friendly when it's only place in a hurry.. passing for parking we thought was a bit pricey bc they didn't shuttle past universal to other parks. Then you have to pay to be shuttled if you didn't want to drive so delayed the purpose, more complicated that anything.. over all ok

No me gusto que cobran el parqueo y caro, que cobran fee que no tienen ninguna lógica, si ya yo pague la habitación y la devolví con todo como la recibí porque me cobran “fees”. El desayuno se suponía que era incluido pues eso decía cuando uno hace la reserva luego cuando llegas al hotel te dicen que tienes que pagarlo, entonces que pongan que tiene desayuno incluido pues es algo engañoso. La limpieza no era la mejor, las alfombras tiene mucha peste a humedad y se ven sucias.

Ok hotel
There were no cups in the room to drink out of. Took them about 1.5 hours before they arrived. Pull out couch not to comfortable for sleeping but suppose that is to be expected. Room was nice and clean. I was expecting the usual hair dryer but there wasn't one. Overall stay was ok we were only there to sleep.

I would not stay here again, suite was not in the best condition. There was a hole on the wall as if someone punched it, we bought cleaning products to clean before using the bathroom, we had small children. TV’s didn’t work properly, fridge didn’t get cold enough, hallway was also not in the best condition. There was a bloody bandaid near the bed my child slept on. Overall rating should be zero if I could give it a zero star.

Not happy
I registered for a room that sleeps 6 but 2 of us had to sleep in the floor and they wouldn’t bring us more than 1 blanket so 2 of us froze all night. It also costs a lot of money to park her at the hotel, as if Orlando isn’t taking enough of our money. And they couldn’t even swing for a Continental breakfast.
