Hotel was clean overall and staff were nice. One issue was that in seven days we could only get housekeeping to service the room once and that was after asking multiple times. The room was scheduled to be serviced every other day, so they should have cleaned three times during our stay. After being unresponsive, we got extra towels and gave up on housekeeping.

Everything is great except room service. Out of 10 days stay our room was serviced 2 times only. Main problem was communication with room service ladies as they didn’t understand English.

Latosha was amazing. She is so incredibly friendly and helpful and it felt like coming home. She was extremely kind, helpful with any question I had and was just overall the best person. The room was great; but no bathtub.
