Convenient, spacious and comfortable

Handy large apartments for a family trip! Very comfortable beds, and all the facility you need close by. A few minutes drive from many shops, restaurants and all the parks but peaceful and calm with lots of parking. Friendly staff and all we needed for a short stay. Would have been handy to have a bit more coffee, tea, mild and basic supplies in the apartment but easy enough to buy these nearby.

Decent but wouldn’t stay again

Overall we were not impressed with this hotel. We were located in building one which had a strong odor. They use a strong air freshener to cover up the unpleasant smell. The room was spacious, we had a two condo room. It was cold so we didn’t get to use the pool. The buildings were across a busy street so even if we wanted to use the pool we would need to drive our kids over there since that’s where the pirate ship pool was. The parking in building one was not great. We had to park in the back and bring our suitcases around to the front as there was no way to get into the building in the back. This hotel fell short. Luckily we spent the days at Disney so it didn’t matter too much.

Our stay was wonderful. The accommodations were perfect for us, and Angel, the bartender at the pool, was amazing. Not only was he patient and skilled with the drinks, but he made us feel so welcome at the pool!

We have stayed there 5 or 6 times and unfortunately this year was very disappointing. The hotel room was very weathered. Broker closet doors, rooms doors do not close, safe wasnt working, and the pull out couch would not pull out. We spoke to front desk about moving our room, they said they couldnt and would have the manager call us. No one called the 5 days we were there. Truly disappointing because we have been looking forward it based on our previous experiences.

LBV Resort was very clean & staff were extremely helpful & friendly. Location is about 20-25 minutes to theme parks by car, but probably could be much faster at slower times of the year. Pool was very clean & great for kids & adults. I would definitely recommend.

The property was easy to get to and near attractions.We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit, the space was perfect, but the furnishings were very old and in poor condition. The shower was moldy, the ceiling fans and A/C fans were very loud. We also had a very bad smell in the hallway near our room and were told thats because there is a trash recpetile behind a door at end of the hall. Staff was very nice, but I don't think we would go back.

Shuttle service to Disney parks is advertised, what they don't tell you is that the last ride back from the parks is at 5pm. Pool is FREEZING cold!!! Our room was NOT ready by the 4pm guaranteed check in time. We paid for a firework suite and got a side room with the worst view. Just disappointed for the price we paid.

The only issue we had there was there were ants in the condo. I called the front desk they said they would call back about the problem and didnt. We couldn’t put any food on the kitchen couter.
