The check in process was really easy. The receptionist was very polite and welcoming. She provided a map in order for me to know what unit I was staying in and how to get there but never reviewed the property and its amenities. We stayed in unit 210 an upstairs unit. I wish I had known because I have a knee issue and going up and down the stairs was a challenge. The actual unit was spacious and the kitchen provided all of the necessary utensils and cups. The bedrooms were also very spacious. The overall unit was clean until I went in the bathroom in the master bedroom. There was a dirty washcloth from the previous guest hanging on the shower rod. The bathrooms did not include washcloths or hand towels. Luckily I always travel with my own. Also there were some random sponges left outside our unit. They served no purpose it just appeared to be leftover. While I enjoyed the space of the unit I would not stay here again. The property is older and for the price you can find a nicer location to spend your vacation.

The entrance and exit of the property is extremely dangerous do to a main highway and there's no light to make it a bit safer, ....the property inside it's cute and very big with lots of parking but the property is outdated, still stuck in the early 90s and needs beautiful tropical plants for a pleasant view, but other than that the staff where wonderful especially the security and the ladies at the front desk.

We were disappointed. It was very dingy, dirty. The tops of of the towel racks had dust. The kitchen counter was peeling off, the floors had dirt build on the corners of the floor baseboard. The first time I went to the bathroom the toilet paper roll came off the wall. When we opened the silverware drawer it fell out and almost dropped on my foot. Therebwas a hole outside the bedroom that looked like a rodent made a home. Very disappointed.

Wouldn’t stay here again.

The only thing good about this place was the price & they say you get what you pay for, so there’s that. These rooms are seriously outdated & run down. The check-in process was frustrating as my daughter was not allowed to check in ahead of us even though I had added her in advance. She had to wait in the parking lot for 45 minutes before we got there & the front desk attendant was rude to her. While at the front desk, my husband observed two guests in wheelchairs that had paid-for accommodations & were turned away because they did not have what they needed (first-floor rooms & walk-in shower) so they had to scramble to find new accommodations for their trip. The absolute worst thing about the room is there was no shower in the master suite. There was a jacuzzi tub that was very hard to get in & out of, but the shower consisted of a sprayer hose on the wall. No curtain, no fixed shower head. We definitely will not be returning to this hotel.

Check in was smooth and our accommodations were spacious and just what we needed. Unfortunately the hot tub nearest us was out of commission for most of our stay and the ice maker near us was a relic that never had a hope of working. We stayed in the Oaks section and there were several huge pot holes in the driveway that made walking after daylight dangerous.

We loved the pools and common areas and they had fun daily activities that we participated in like Family Bingo! Front desk staff was pleasant but seemed annoyed at our request to change rooms. We found our first room at the Oakes area across the street from the main section of the resort to be musty smelling, very small, poor paint job to make it look updated but it was a crummy room with a rusty closet door, tiny TV and oval shaped jacuzzi tub converted to a shower. When we complained about the above, they sent over a maintenance man to check on it. He was very young, didn’t have a tool box or anything and brought over a can of air freshener. I don’t think air freshener was going to fix the musty smell! Fortunately, when I asked for a different room again the next day, (we had a standard double) We were able to move when we couldn’t get the shower to work (I think this was user error) but the next room over on the main section was much better. We liked the vibe and the easier access to the main pool. It was just nicer over all. The only negative on that side was the horrible pot smell that wafted in to our room from next door our last night during and after the Super Bowl and we had to try and air out our room. I did not appreciate this with a 14 yo with me. After we got that mostly aired out, the next door neighbors began cooking some very pungent smelling food in their suite around 11:30-1:30 am. The smell was so strong that it kept us awake. The walls are very thin
