Very disappointing stay. The unit was not clean when we arrived — floors were dirty, surfaces hadn’t been properly wiped down, and it just didn’t feel well maintained.The pool pass that was supposed to be included was not in the condo, and we had to track it down ourselves and ask for it, which was inconvenient and frustrating.There were also multiple broken items in the unit and multiple burnt-out light bulbs, making the space feel neglected and poorly managed. Overall, it did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness or upkeep. I would not stay here again. When bringing up the issues we were promised same day service and had to call back the next day to request again. I reached out to the host after checking out about the concerns again and they deflected telling me the issues were our fault. Very poor customer service!!
