Looks impressive when you walk into lobby. That was the best part. It is a hotel..not a resort. The room was clean but a typical hotel room. We have stayed at other hotels of equal quality for half the price. They include a $50 per night ammenities fee over the already hefty price. The "ammenities" were minimal.They also add a tip to the two restaurants and you have to purchase any drinks or snacks from the property to bring to the pool. There is no security on the property. Doors are unlocked and no key needed. All in all there are many resorts in the Orlando area where you can get more for your money.

First timer!

Wonderful. Nice large rooms. Beautiful pool!! Pool bar needs to learn how to make a skinny margarita. Tried twice with them and both times they assured us they were skinny margaritas and they were not! Disappointing because some people have sugar issues. If you can’t make a skinny one say so and we can choose something else. Very disappointing for what we paid. And put a negative twist to our pool/beach day!! Also need a larger trash can in the bedrooms and need a recycle bin.

Euphoria restaurant is terrible! Cold fake eggs for breakfast! Lobster Mac and cheese with 1 piece of lobster about the size of a small shrimp! No cheese just runny water! Take your dinning dollar elsewhere!!!

Our room wasn't swept at all. There was dust everywhere. I pay attention to details: complimentary not pad was on its last sheet, pencil had no eraser, toilet paper roll was almost finish, and like i said, every corner there was dust or pieces of paper, hair beads, just something all over the floor. The room looked like it was rushed to clean just to book again. Coming from from this type of industry, i looked at everything and the guest experience mattered so much to me. People pay so much to come to these places and everything matters. I did have a rude experience at their inside bar but the manager was so apologetic that we stayed. Those details matter.
