Perfect fit for us. Great location. Easy to get in and out to all of our activities and very accommodating while we were there. Very spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, plenty of space, warm pool, pretty basic for cleanliness and supplies
You are as close to Disneyworld as you can be off property, it worked great for us to take a Lyft each day. The physical size of the unit is excellent, the pool was warm and the kids swam in the nights even though it was cool (January, rainy). The stove needs to be replaced, the elements weren't totally working but we were able to cook. The cleanliness was good enough but not 5 star. Supplies for showers were there, but kitchen daily basics were not ample. Dish soap got delivered after a few days, also after we purchased online grocery delivery - paper towel, dishsoap, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper we needed to buy supplies for our 9 day stay by day 2. There were no oven mitts. Pool towels and towels in good supply, but not enough blankets to use the bunk beds, it was too cold. Very safe location, no concerns and some shops on property/ directly nearby and walkable. I would stay here again, staying here allowed us to stay longer and more park days at Disneyworld.

Family Summer Getaway
Great condo for a family stay. Location, services and amenities were top notch. Spacious enough to take a break from the kids and enjoy some peace and quiet. The lakefront access provides a change of pace from the grind of amusement parks. Great stay.

Great location
We chose this property for its proximity to Disney, as well as the amenities close by. It did not disappoint. The condo was nice, clean, and well stocked. Air worked great and the water stayed hot. The view from both balconies was wonderful! Thanks for a nice place to stay on spring break.

This place could really use a cleaning over haul. Our family planned on cooking while there and we had to but some items that are typical in a kitchen, aluminum foil more dish soap. Also the dishwasher didn't work we loaded our morning dishing in hopes they would be clean and ready to use once we got back and they were still dirty. Also a lot of the cooking utensils were dirty as well.

Nice Condo
We have stayed in these buildings before. The lake adds a quiet retreat from the traffic and hussle of Disney. Pool is nice and the tiki is always fun. Condo itself was great.

Great Overall
The condo provided everything we needed for everyone to enjoy the vacation. The view of the lake provided a peaceful and calming environment for relaxation. The pool and adjacent putt putt golf provided some on-site entertainment. Disney and Universal Studios parks were all within a 10-15 minute drive. The only negative was that the boardwalk and gazebo area was closed for repairs and no work seemed to be happening to fix it.

Great location, great views. Opportunities to improve.
Strengths: Conveniently located close to Disney parks, and an easy drive to Universal, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Starbucks just in front of the property made it easy to caffeinate before the parks. The views are awesome as well. Communication and checkin instructions were easy to follow. Plenty of luggage carts available to help with luggage/groceries. Parking was easy too. We didn’t use any of the property amenities but the pool looked really nice. Development needs: the unit was quite dusty. The main surfaces were fine, but the lamp shades, and fake plants had thick layers of dust accumulation. In the master bedroom, the dresser needs to be anchored into the wall. It started to fall forward on me as I was loading the drawers for our stay. I was able to notice and quickly caught it along with the tv that almost fell on my head. Safety risk, especially if you have young kids. I’m not sure if the dresser in the other room was anchored, but it was lower/heavier and we didn’t have the same tipping issue. Lastly, the floors (tile) were quite dirty and even sticky in some areas. While they looked clean, it turned my children’s feet black within 30 min. Master tub has jets with mildew accumulation. We stuck with showers, but seeing the mildew jets was off-putting. I didn’t inspect the other bathroom’s jets. Please note that we did not report the dust, dresser issue, tub mildew, or tile to the property manager, so they didn’t have a chance to remedy these issues during our stay. We got in late the first night and we were gone early morning until late each day. I don’t like people/strangers entering our unit while we’re away so we just let it be as it was essentially just a place to sleep. One last thing to note is that the checkout instructions for this property require you to strip the beds. Overall good location providing easy access to parks. Development needs can easily be addressed by management.

Cozy and beautiful place
We regretted not booking more days at, this property. The place is very peaceful during the day and specially at night. The view to the lake is adorable. There are 2 very good swimming pools and a couple of jacuzzys. There is a lovely walkboard to sit down and and just look at the lake. The property is big, luminous and comfortable. Clean and well equipped. If you want to go to the parks and the outlets, there's no better location. As a plus, there is a mini golf just a couple of minutes of walk from the building. That was a hit :) Summarizing: we really enjoyed the stay and we'll surely recommended the place to our friends (If in Orlando, I'll come back too) . Thank you, very much.

Great location
Beautifully decorated condo in a great location near all the attractions in Orlando. Fairly quiet with a nice view of the lake from the east balcony. One evening we were also able to view the fireworks at Epcot from the west balcony.

Peaceful escape from Orlando craziness
Great property--clean, well equipped, excellent communication before and during stay, and lovely view of the lake that is especially welcoming after the craziness that is Orlando. Conveniently located to highway and most major attractions. Only hesitation in giving 5 stars is that it will increase demand, making it difficult to book next time we are in town!
