Conference in Orland

Work conference, worked out great. Plenty of space, we did leave residence only to attend conference events. Home like feel. I will try to reserve again soon.

Needs some TLC

The place is decent. It seems that no one ever comes and actually checks thing or does maintenance. It is pretty clean but not thoroughly cleaned we had to wipe all the light switches and door knobs and the wipes were filthy like black. The pool sticks are old only one really full size stick. The bathroom and kitchen seems to be the most recently renovated except for the upstairs shower curtain rod that fell for no reason on day two. The room furnishing is quite awkward so it’s really just a bed and some plug in fans for upstairs with one small night stand I guess for the fan. A lot of light switch don’t work or work for something not related to the location. There is a lot of dust on the upper level of the house ledges. There a lot of flies outside from the outside trash can that was pretty full. It looks like the picture just not spotless clean.The beds aren’t too comfortable they are pretty firm and the bedding is low count thread and probably something from Walmart.You are charged a cleaning fee of 160 but have to pre-clean and strip the beds.

Home base

Our stay was for a family memorial that was in Bushnell. The property is pleasant; conveniently located to access anything one might want to see and do, a very clean property in a friendly working class neighborhood. We inquired to the owner about some minor things and he was prompt and friendly in responding to our needs. If our group were to go back to the Orlando area again, we would happily stay with this property.

Great Location & Very Clean

Overall, this was a good place for our family of 7 to stay for a week while we visited the area. The view out of the big windows was beautiful, the ducks and pelicans were friendly. My kids saw 3 different neighborhood cats which was fun for them. Very close to Disney, Universal, airport, Walmart, Publix, etc. It was very clean, we had plenty of dishes, cups, glasses, and so on. The appliances worked as they should. It was nice to find a blow dryer in the primary bathroom.The place does need some TLC. There were broken tiles by the driveway, the screen on the lanai door and one other area are not attached to the frame, and the large patio door is very difficult to open. The side one opened fine so it wasn't a huge issue getting out to the pool/lanai.What you should know if you are booking a stay: bring hand soap, paper towels, cleaning sponge for dishes, and salt/pepper. You should also know your Netflix login as the listing says it's included but we had to use our own (no big deal, just a heads up). The sofas are different, not the black leather but a light grey cloth, if that matters to you. The pool was chilly but it is winter. We hoped it would be heated but it doesn't appear to be. If you're planning to cook, bring smaller pots as there is only a medium size stock pot and there are no cookie sheets for making the kiddos nuggs.

Perfect location

We were going to Disney World for the weekend and this was a great location only 22 minutes away from magic Kingdom parking. The view from the living room was amazing, overlooking the pool and the lake.

Just perfect for us!

The individuals communicating with us were phenomenal, we were very pleased with the facilities. We came off a weeklong cruise and needed a place to wind down after the rough life on the ocean. We were there for a couple days before we drove home. A beautiful home. Great location and the people were great to deal with. Would stay there again. Highly recommend.

The fence was rotting and the gate won't close. The ducks break in the pool area and crap everywhere. Not enough pillows or towels. No advance notice of coffee maker. We had k cups but needed ground coffee. The grill is a small grill and never specified it was charcoal. Half the lights and receptacles dont work. Tv was streaming only. Parking was horrible you get blocked in. Game room was hot. Never again.

Over all Our stay was Wonderful. The only coplaint was the pool table/ ping pong table need to be replaced. Not fit to play on. And the Fooseball tBle needs tighted up. But very clean and had a Fantatic time. Will be back again.

Over all stay and location was ok. Too minimal. There needs to be dressers in each bedroom. We had to put all our clothes on floor.All mattress sunk to middle. There were no face towels at all or any place to put shampoo or soap in shower. Couch in living room. Way too small. And very uncomfortable. A few pool toys would have been nice. Not even 1 was there ! A hand soap in bathroom would have been nice too. So a little TLC needed in this place. No a lot ! Neighbors parked in front of our house and our car Place was very clean, but very very basic. Absolutely no bells or whistles. Game room. No AC. Pool table falling part. Not useable. The photos over sell this place. Probably not be going back. Also had to be out by 10am. Not cool. .

Spring break 2024

The house was very clean and spacious, but was disappointed with the game room. It was in a good location near shopping centers and the Disney parks, but neighborhood was not as private as we would have liked. Would recommend heating the pool. It was too cold for swimming. Great host! He was prompt in responding to our questions and concerns.

Nice House

We were there only for a long weekend, but the house was very nice, clean, and was as expected per the pictures. I emailed the property manager about a minor issue we found, and he respondly promptly and arrainged to take care of the problem. I would stay there again.
