Lovely Home
The home has been recently updated per the listing. I found this to be a comfortable home in a great neighborhood. Hosts were very responsive and the home was well stocked with everything you may need. Proximity to Disney, shopping and food is ideal.

Fantastic property
We are not long back from staying at Golden Sun One and wouldn't hesitate recommending it to anyone. The communication with the owners was fabulous. The property had everything we needed and was in a fabulous location. It was clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated. Everything we could possibly ask for. And excellent value for money. Windsor Hills has fabulous amenities with the community pool, shop and grill and activities planned. It's in a fabulous location for Disney - literally ten minutes along a back road to animal kingdom.

Christmas at Disney
This townhouse has the PERFECT location for anyone interested in staying off property but going to Disney parks. We visited for one week over Christmas, traffic was insane; Apple Maps told us to take Sherberth Rd out of the parks and it leads right to the main intersection. We got to avoid all of the traffic at night! Very clean. Townhouse had everything we needed. Community feels very safe. We paid to have the plunge pool heated and it was perfect! Didn’t get to utilize the community pool/waterpark because of the cooler weather during our visit. We would definitely book here again if we come back to Disney

Great location! Spacious.
Location is perfect to visit Disney and Universal! Just a short drive! Close to gas, groceries and restaurants! House is very roomy, easy to access, accommodated our 6 person family perfectly. Owners were quick to respond to any and all messages. Were open and honest about any issues. And rectified our requests promptly.

Clean, great location…we will be back.
A great property, the kids bedroom has lots of room…all three of my kids slept in a double bed each! Master bedroom bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. All appliances are current, new and working. Lively and clean, nice and safe too. Nice pool with lights for at night time. All linen and towels provided and clean. Would highly recommend and we’d definitely stay again.

Such a great vacay rental!
Honestly can’t say enough great things about this rental. The property manager was very clear and timely with all communications( directions on how to access the property, promptly responded to the questions we had etc..) they were very accommodating of us needing to check in early last minute due to our daughters cheer comp time being moved up to early morning. They even delivered some groceries for our family which was so helpful and thoughtful. The home was homey and pretty spacious for all of us. It was very clean and met everyone’s needs. The pool area was quaint and private. The community it’s located in felt very safe and was quiet. The community pool/waterpark area was a really nice little bonus spot too. Location was great (Starbucks, Walmart, lots of food and store choices all very close to the house). When our girl returns for Nationals next year we’d love to stay at this location again.

Cheer competition
We were down for a cheer competition. Property was spacious and just what we needed! Everything was clean and ready for our stay. The extra towels and pool towels were really appreciated. We did have a problem with the AC not working. However, management was easy to contact and a quick fix. These things happen and it did not inconvenience us. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay!!!!
We got in at 430am and the check in process was super easy. We loved that all the bedrooms had their own bathroom. The bunk beds worked out great for the kids and they loved the Mickey Mouse theme. The location of the house in the neighborhood was great a super short walk to the clubhouse/pool. The ride to the parks was easy. The communication with the owner and property owner was great. For sure would stay again!!!

Great Place!
We stayed at Windsor Hills for the first time. We have 4 kids ages 3-10 and 2 adults and this property was the perfect size. We loved having the little pool available and the big pool was fun, too. This townhome has towels and linens ready when we arrived. It also provided little travel size soap, shampoo, dishwasher pods...and some other items that were perfect to start us out after a long trip. The host was very responsive with any questions. The main pool/clubhouse is a very short walk. The location was quiet. If we come back, we'd definitely stay here again!

Great Townhome
This is a great townhome to stay near Disney. The pictures and description are accurate to what you will experience. The check-in process at the Windsor Hills guardhouse took a few minutes the first time (but it made us feel more secure); afterwards it was easy to scan your pass and be on your way. Very convenient to everything in the area.

Great Townhouse for a family
We booked this townhouse for a quick last minute trip but we always stay at Windsor Hills. Location wise, this townhouse is in a great location towards the beginning of the community and it doesn’t take long to get it and out each day. All areas were very clean and matched the photos in the listing. There were a few small things that are usual for rentals with high use (one shower door kept coming off the track and the drain for the one tub kept falling down) but this didn’t take away from our experience. The kids loved the splash pool and it was nice to have a full kitchen to eat breakfast and dinner. Would definitely stay here again!

Decent for price
The property is decent for the price. There aren’t any frills, but it was clean. The upstairs bunk bed is not stable. Our boys used it and it creaked all night and we worried it was going to fall. The bedding is also just okay; the comforters are pretty thin. Also, plan to get there in time to purchase items like Clorox wipes, extra toilet paper, paper products, laundry detergent (it asked for you to start the first load of towels when you leave but no deterrent was provided), etc. Most items are not provided that you will need. The pool area at the clubhouse is decent, but there are pretty limited lawn chairs, so if you don’t get there by 11:00 you won’t get one so plan accordingly for that because multiple days my entire family of six had to share one or two lawn chairs because there weren’t enough for the amount of people trying to use the pool. We also had a problem getting into the property when we got there at 11 at night; we were given the wrong door code. Luckily, after 15-20 minutes, we did get a hold of someone who gave us the correct code. All of that said, for a “value” priced accommodation, it’s what you would expect. It is definitely cheaper than many places in Orlando.

Great place for kids!
This was a great place to bring the kids! My 3 kids loved sharing a room and being able to play the PS4. We paid a little extra to have the pool heated and it was 100% worth it! It felt great after a long day at the parks! The house was very clean and we will definitely be staying here again in the future.

50th Birthday
The location is perfect for access to Disney. The community was safe and has great amenities. Be easy with the sliding door to the pool. I got it back on track and it worked just fine as long as we were easy and aware! We will definitely be back in the future! I got to celebrate my 50th birthday with my granddaughters at Disney! It was their first trip!

Great place for Disney and theme parks
This is our second time staying here and we love this place! The little pool is so much fun and having the kitchen helps save so much money when spending all day at the parks. As a heads up the sliding glass door to the pool seems to have something going on with it when it is opened or closed where it is difficult to move and also makes a loud noise. Might need a wheel adjustment or replacement. It was still usable and didn’t cause us a problem, just wanted to make sure you were aware.
