The staff was very attentive, especially Camron. The pool area was small but nice and the upgraded room we were moved to was pretty nice. The location is just okay, not secluded at all, right off of Irlo Bronson, traffic can be a B trying to get out. Our first room assignment was not good, dated unit on the third floor with no elevator. It was rainy that week, and I noticed the roof drains weren’t working/clogged. By the second day it started to leak into the living room area around the sliding doors. Camron found us a refurbished room near the pool on 2nd floor, Maintenance Supervisor helped with our luggage. The room was much better, cleaner and more updated. I did notice that they still have the old windows and that’s going to be an issue, they are not insulated, lets in heat in summer and cold/condensation in winter (it was in the 30’s at night when we were there).

Comfy and Safe

I have stayed here before I do enjoy staying here it is well kept and clean and believe me I am very picky. Security is good. Customer service and front desk are also great. Only thing I would suggest is maybe a little more on the mopping side as I always test the floors with socks and I saw my socks did get a little dirty. I definitely love the great big tubs they're like full size jacuzzis almost without the Jets so I absolutely love to rest and be comfortable on my getaways here. Anything I need they are quick with getting it to the room. The screened in porch /patio is awesome. If you're picky and you care about the comfort of where you stay in the security of where you say this is a good pick. I travel every month and this is one of my top five picks

The condo was clean and roomy. My only complaint is that it did not say anywhere in the description when I booked it that is was a third floor unit with no elevators. Not good for me with health issues.

Very spacious, very quiet, v close to disney parks. Easy check-in, heated swimming pool, hot tub. we got the room on the first floor without an elevator. We had a baby and a stroller and luggage that caused us a lot of extra work to carry it upstairs. Bathrooms are from 1950s, no cleaning services are provided during the day. Great amenities, very spacious, well lit, Air conditioning broke on the day before the day we left.

Mostly pros but for us one major con. The pros are the spaciousness of the units, the proximity to the Orlando.parks and lots of restaurants, as well as how easy and quick check in/check out was. The one major issue we had, and it may but be an issue for others, was the amount of light at night and through the morning that comes in from the numerous windows. It made it impossible for us to fall alseep. The room that faces the front entrance/steps of tge building gets the worst nigbt time light bc the curtains are not blackout curtains or at least arent good ones. There was so much light from the outdoor light that is kept on all night. Then the master bedroom has these strange sky light type windows with no. Shade or curtains so there is just no way to avoid that light either. Like what in the world were the designers thinking? Another issue that caused us not to sleep was the loud AC units.that kick on and off and can be heard mostly in tge guest bedroom with the 2 beds. Unbearably loud. Its unfortunate bc we thought we found a nice convienent place to stay in Orlando but no. I need my sleep. This place isnt for us :/
