THE PLACE WAS FILTHY!!!!!! STAINED SHEETS, STAINED BATH TOWELS, EXTREMELY DIRTY FLOORS…house keeping will only change sheets (not empty overflowing garbage) if you Make a request, front desk staff rude and not accommodating. Was literally told “well this is a low rated hotel, I don’t know what to tell you”…couldn’t get clean towels the first night…next morning coffee machine was broken.. and the “breakfast included”.. was coffe and a granola bar!! ROACHES! This place needs to be shut down it was BEYOND DISGUSTING!!!!!! I’ve never felt so uncomfortable staying anywhere!!!! Asked for a manager twice and was never contacted about anything…I stayed because there was nothing with a similar price range in the area so my party convinced me to stay as we would be therefor a short period of time. NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!

Terrible , not sure how it’s 3 star , paid for 3 days and stayed only 1 , no refund as prepaid . Best way to spoil vacation . Breakfast included is joke .did not provide any . Rooms terrible . 3-4 roaches found and also looks like bed bugs or something biting . Had to move to another hotel after one night . Not sure how this hotel exist . Worst hotel I stayed , worse than a 1 star motel

Horrible! La facilidades sucias, piscina verde con sapos, las habitaciones apestosas y con cucarachas. Solo ofrecían una toalla por habitación, y cuando bajaba a pedir más casi había que rogarle y me decían que solo tenían 1 para dar. No se parece a nada en las fotos, tampoco tienen desayunos como dice Expedía, cuando baje a buscar el desayuno el dining room está abandonado, y cuando fui al counter a preguntar el señor me dio dos paquetes de galletas. Cuando reservé la habitación pagué por una cama King, y me dieron dos full, cuando pregunto al señor me dice que no tienen habitaciónes con cama King, que el hotel está sold out. El staff horrible se veían sucios y falta de higiene, el hotel de terror. Lo único bueno es la localización, pero hasta caminar en los alrededores daba miedo. Todos los días rondeando patrullas en el parking quién sabe porque. Lo pongo tan claro, porque Expedía es un engaño, ofrece lo que no existe! Le doy un 0/10!! Que lo cierren!

Avoid This Hotel – Dirty Rooms and Unsafe Conditio

I had a terrible stay at this hotel. The pool was covered in green water, and it was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The rooms were in awful condition—dirty, unkempt, and very unpleasant. On top of that, there were homeless individuals around the hotel, which created a very uncomfortable and unsafe atmosphere. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely not be coming back.

Worst Hotel ever

Worst experience ever. We paid for 4 rooms and all were dirty, it looks that the rooms were not clean after the last customer. This was a nightmare. This hotel should be close.

The hotel was full of cockroaches, completely dirty. The lobby was filthy and had no air conditioning. The bathtub was dirty and had cockroaches. I didn’t stay at the hotel; I had to book another one nearby. They didn’t refund my money. The worst hotel I’ve ever seen in my life.

The dirtiest and smelliest place I've ever being. Everything looked dirty, even the pillow and the bed clothes. Rusty, moldy, reaches, it had the whole package (in the bad sense). Would not recommend it.

Staff at check in was best thing about property. Rooms were not like pictures, not even close. We had 2 rooms. Peeling paint, water dripping from one ceiling, no blankets on bed, just one single sheet. Stained carpet. One bed the whole side was so bad person rolled off bed. Stained bathtub, mold one ceiling. Horrible mold smell. We left.
