We liked how it was conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores. None of the ice makers worked on our floor, no turn down service, and we called the front desk multiple times and no answer. Also, no coffee maker in room and pools are not heated

Went to check in and was immediately turned away due to overbooking, now red lion hotel refuses to refund me and Hotels.com isn’t doing anything to assist me in this matter, I’ve reached out multiple times with no success they don’t care and will take your money

Good stay but annoying/disruptive cleaning staff. The cleaning staff bangs on your for at 9am even with a Do Not Disturb sign.

A pretty rundown property. The staff was fine. They should tell you that housekeeping does not come daily. There were fans in the hallway, trying to dry out the dusty smell. I mentioned that one of the outlets and the air conditioner wouldn’t shut off. I told her I just unplugged it And used a different outlet. The clerk thought that was fine. I would not stay here again.

We needed to check out 3 days early from our 7 day stay. Neither Red Lion or Expedia would refund the funds for days not stayed. Every hotel I have dealt with only charges for nights stayed. Unbelievable lack of customer support. Regrettably will no longer stay at Red Lion in the future or use Expedia for future travel plans.
