Very spacious room that consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was nice for a family of 5. Only complaint was the small cockroaches that we saw at night in the kitchen which we never used.

We did not know that this is a time share property. That wasn’t mentioned on Expedia. Told us there was a one hour presentation, it was 3 hours. No housekeeping services. Resort fees are added. Disappointed overall. Had noisy neighbors

Where's my $150 dollar deposit

I was told I had to place a deposit down of $150 for security reasons. It is now Tuesday and I stayed from Thursday night till Friday at 9:00am and the money still is not in my account. I didn't do anything to the room. We got to the hotel at 9:30ish on Thursday and we were out at 8:15am for your time share presentation. So explain to me why the money isn't there

We liked the location relative to Disney however we got roped into a five hour timeshare sales session which took up our first day of a short stay. We had to interact with the timeshare staff just to get a parking pass so management is complicit!

I booked another week!

The staff was helpful and friendly. Well-kept facilities and grounds. A quiet spot in the heart of it all. Easy access to anything you'd need within a half mile or on the resort. Awesome pools and cleanliness.
